In my opinion, there are checking us on RAAS rather than ATN. Cuz if it was ATN, There may be different kind of stuff given in the vignette e.g BUN/Cr, FeNa, urinalysis.

Why couldn't MI cause Acute Tubular Necrosis? Isn't there an acute loss of blood flow/ischemia to the kidney ?
