One year after Allies convened the NATO-Russia Council

One year ago, we engaged in extensive diplomacy to try to prevent Russian aggression against Ukraine. Putin blatantly lied when he said that Russia would not launch an invasion.
Today the Kremlin continues spreading lies. We will continue to support Ukraine.
