when you buy trainers second-hand that have the foam bottoms, give them the old bend test bend the shoe all the way back and look at the bottom, theres old splits and cuts you cant see unless you pull em apart! dunno if u did, just putting it out there :D
I find charity shops are taking the ‘you know what’ absolutely no idea on pricing, I do find myself walking out of some laughing and they wonder why they can’t take any more donations- reduce your prices and you will create space and increase sales!!!!!
Going to charity shops is expensive 😊 A cup of coffee before shopping, another one after two jours, bus fares. Then you may fancy lunch too 😅😅😅 I shop in auction but lately their prices are so high. I think once you refine your sourcing skills and know what you are looking for the items come to you 😊 Great purchases from Vinted.
Glad I was doing this 20-30 years ago before charity shops became in vogue and still had a bit of a stigma. Even these prices are high compared to back then.the new self assessment tax liabilities on resellers will have an impact in 2025 sadly
You know what charity shop really piss me off these days people are struggling and use them much more these days and they just absolutely take the piss 75 pounds in these ones in Blyth terrible need to boycott them and do the ones that have respect for the people
Like the hair ! Great finds again I've had 3 issues with Vinted parcels in a week - wrong item ( though seller says right sent ) Part of item missing & a complete loss of tracking once posted ???? Putting me off Vinted I have to say 🥴
Braintree looks nice! I lived in Essex for 10 years (Pitsea), and although i often visited Chelmsford, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend, and Colchester...i never managed to get to Braintree for some reason.
i see the virgin marathon shirt for £16 on your ebay - can’t figure what the appeal of the branding is? i wouldn’t have picked it as an inexperienced seller - am sure you know better and it will sell though
Hi George, picked up Vortex trainers size 10 for £1 at a jumble. Could you let me know how much to sell them for and how to clean them. Much appreciated ❤
prices too high, poor quality listings. youre not guaranteed sales at the end of the day pal. check your listings are as good as they can be with competitive pricing.
Yeah,.I got fake pumas and got my money back. I think that's what you pay the extra buyer protection for. You just have to take loads of photos as proof
Trying to message you on Instagram, but it won't let me as you don't follow me back, do you still have the black and white nike trainers you show later in the video?
Love a browse in the charity shops, enjoyed your video, thanks
I can’t get into women’s clothing either…. The wife goes mad if she catches me

Great video hun and totally agree.I find the sourcing and photos easy, it’s the listing part always takes me ages 😫
Great bit of editing there with the Barnet
Thanks for the locker app tip ❤
That "115 charges" killed me 🤣 from a Liverpool fan

Thank you for the tip with inpost app
You remind me of an old action man I had as a kid , looks good

They've worked out what people sell for on eBay (not because of TH-camrs filming in their shops 'honest')
Do they piss you off because you can't find items to pick up and resell
Yep that'll be it mate, if only you knew 😂😂😂
Have you seen the wages of the CEO of charities .. people selling to make ends meet are not the problem
@@louise1963 it's a business, do you expect someone to be a CEO on 20k
One of my local shops had the Vapourmax in size 10, £65.
Love the video you mentioned auctions any you may be visiting
Hair looks a lot better mate

Are you the village idiot?

Hair change. Suits you sir. Anything for the weekend
Ebay. No fees now
£12 haircut??? That's so cheap! My son's haircut cost him £25 but we do live in London.
Georgey there's no way you asked for that hair cut 😆new Turkish guy got zero tip
Looks all to easy for my liking this eBay selling money for old rope 😅😅😅
I’ve also had issues getting into women’s clothing but just tuck it in geezer! Suck it up and slip em on!
New hair do is lookin FRESH 💯🤜🏼
🤣🤣 I must say I was concerned when he was talking about getting into womens clothing!
@ now now there’s nothing to be concerned about. Each to their own and all that jazz. 😜🤜🏼
I would of picked up those asics look like the Mexico 66 ones can be quite expensive
I don’t no how you get £35 for certain trainers, some I’ve sold I’ve struggled to get £15 to £20 for. Good going though mate
vlog time 😀
Hair is great
Can I ask you what men’s makes of clothing sell well please?
What did lenny think to your short hair, I remember when my son was younger & I got my long hair cut very short he cried
Im listing items everyday 5 items for a week and had only 1 sale. What do I do wrong ?
prices too high, poor quality listings. youre not guaranteed sales at the end of the day pal. check your listings are as good as they can be with competitive pricing.
Depends what your selling, clothing is dead on eBay. Need collectable items that aren't readily available.
Price is key, particularly for clothing. Too much competition for cheap clothing with vinted etc
🩵🩵🩵🩵 4 Hearts for 4 PL in row…
I wAnt those fly knit nikes! I'll message you on ebay
Hiya I've got a Lenny but mine's 21😂
If you buy a fake Nike jacket from vinted do you ask for a refund?
Yeah,.I got fake pumas and got my money back. I think that's what you pay the extra buyer protection for. You just have to take loads of photos as proof
hair is sharp
Keep trying with the womens clothing George. Maybe try the next size up! 😉😛
Prices are ridiculous
Bad boy, bad boy. Bad haircut
british heart foundation too expensive over priced
Yep. I avoid BHF. They always seem a bit too greedy on their prices.
I paid £20 in Norwich 😂
It's called charity shopping, not thrifting. Stop trying to sound like Americans, we're not American. However I do like your videos
Snide city comment i thought this was about thrifting. 1 less subscriber here
Trying to message you on Instagram, but it won't let me as you don't follow me back, do you still have the black and white nike trainers you show later in the video?
You now look like paddy mcguiness
Did you scare Lenny when he saw you shorn?
That’s what I was thinking!🫣🙃
❤why not carry cash I'd never pay on a card in a charity shop in fact I very rarely use my card in any shop
You kept saying free fees, but what is your ad rate?
Is it still 8%? Because ad rates are the new fees
£12 haircut?! Damn cheap haha
💓👍🏻🛍️🚗
You need to start haggling in the charity shops, I do and it work 60% of the time
do you have no shame
@L-wn2e322z I've got a family to support, the items are donated, and I'm helping a charity at the same time... what's to be ashamed of?
@L-wn2e322znot working hard enough clearly
Thrifting .. You are in England, aren’t you and not Sunset Boulevard?
