      Sixth it! Everytime I have managed to be constant for a while with my yoga sessions I have felt amazing. But many times I find it tiring to always be dependent on yoga videos.... I want to be able to practice yoga on my own but I have a hard time coming up with a routine.

      She's not a yoga teacher so it's not a really good idea I think. You have lots of good TH-cam channels for that like Yoga with Adriene !

    I really recommend for you to bring your own coffee on the go. if your trying to save money like you mentioned, Starbucks coffee can add up eventually. I once looked at my expenses and noticed besides bills I was using all my money for coffee n lunch out. It's amazing the amount of money you save when you don't eat out. Even for a week.

      yes, those coffees add up big time! I think you can buy their flavourings and make lattes at home if you reeeeally need the toffee nut lol

      Jashira Santiago it does add up! But for me this is one area I can’t comprise on! I make it up elsewhere. Gotta have my Starbucks! 🤗

      As someone who used to work at Starbucks, you can brew espresso (I wanted to cut back, so I use Columbia roast), and then heat up your creamer (keeps the coffee hot), and add Starbucks syrup. When I brew 3 cups of Columbia roast, I add creamer to taste and about 2 pumps of syrup. I have no idea how healthy it is, but I like the taste of 2 pumps sugar in my coffee.
      Some people think adding liquid sugar is "so bad," but that's what most people get when they order Starbucks anyway. Like, Kalyn said she ordered a toffee nut latte. The liquid sugar (toffee nut) is probably what she's missing in her home coffee that makes her want Starbucks so much. Seriously, adding liquid sugar to my at-home coffee has made me drink Starbucks so much less.

    You have to keep your salt lamp always on, so that humidity doesn't condense onto the salt and cause it to melt away! The heat from the bulb keeps it warm, preventing it from happening. It happened to me too haha. Esp if your place is a bit humid at times.

    I absolutely love your videos! I am trying to eat healthier as well. I was diagnosed with a dairy allergy recently, the doctor also mentioned to stay away from silk milk because it has Carrageenan in it. It's an additive that isn't good for us. Just thought you might want to know. I am on the path to being healthier and so excited to see your Saturday fitness videos.

    I forgot about Youtober and now I am watching it 2-3 videos daily.
