hey guys. im currently 3d printing a motor mount with 100% infill. you said that you really should not ride 3d printed motor mounts, however this one requires you to put a 3mm diameter steel rod through it! Should this be ok? it is my first build and i am on a VERY tight budget
My problem is I have a charged battery that reads with in the limits of your chart. I get 26.4 v for 7 cells. Good there but when I plug into circuit board battery connector it sparks and blackens the positive connector. What does this mean?
My problem with my battery is when I fully charged them after a block I lose one bar and the second and third bar stay good when it gets to the last bar my skateboard shut off!
What is the life cycle of such a pack, is it the same as an individual cell or is it significantly lower for whatever reason, for exemple how much complete charge cycles should I expect from a 12S4P pack of Molicel P42 ? Thanks for the video, really helpful.
The rated life cycle of an individual cell is the same as a complete pack. P42A cells have a quite good life cycle. Rated at 500 cycles, where after 500 cycles 80% capacity is still expected.
Thanks for the answer, I guess I should not be satisfied with the 50 something recharge cycles of my Meepo Hurricane then (now that it's at 47V fully charged)
I needed this video. Great information.
Oh man, incredibly helpful and deeply appreciated! Thank you
⚡ *A much needed video* ⚡👌🏼👌🏼
Excellent video Mike! I've always liked and have learned so much from your tutorial videos my dude. Looking forward to seeing you real soon!⚡🛹💯🤙

Your motors are gonna produce heat that'll effect your resins.
Curious if you tried it and how it's been working for ya

Do you know how to discharged battery packs for winter time? I have one that isn’t installed yet.
Keep at 60-80% storage capacity, charge once a Month.
If it drops below 2.5 Volts/cell it's going to be Damaged for ever.
Best way to discharge is to go ride!
Haha...I knew you'd say that!@@MBoardsco

I need a kit for my build
Love mBoards
Thanks

Woah, certainly not. 50 charge cycles is not much at all.
