This defendant is telling the truth about the child support being difficult to drop once it's started. Especially Jacksonville FL where he's from. I've literally helped a couple go to court over this and get it straightened out. The guy was locked up for it twice.

The state won't drop the child support bc she is collecting some type of state assistants so they won't drop child support unless she wants to loss all kinds of help from the state so I think there making more just paying the support its goin back to the same house hold anyway
