- The General Post Office in Dublin, Ireland was the scene of fierce fighting during the Easter Uprising of 1916 as armed Irish Republican Volunteers were besieged by the British Army. The building istelf was devasted in the fighting and but has been restored since (though a few bullet and shrapnel marks are still visible) and still operates as Dublin's central post office. But below the post office is an excellent museum telling the story of the Uprising with uniforms, weapons, medals, visual displays and video. It is very well displayed and highly recommended.

Oh yeah there's loads here! I've got a a couple of channels, this one for museums and history, 'Chirs and Archie's Models and Trains' for me and my kid trainspotting and my music channel. But best of all is that YT means we can watch Dokken in 87!
