Yes, the jacuzzi on the last floor its included in the all inclusive room price. But you need to take the room with acces at Star Prestige. To be sure you have acces there, give the receptionist 5$ and you will have acces for sure.
Yes, at all inclusive you get local juices, cocktails,prosecco, beer, wine, coffee…
