Note : i started my weight loss journey today so ill let you know tomorrow about the other things i am going to do with it. Please like this comment to remind me that will help me to be consistent.

@@spandu1407 i didnt check yet. I actually get bored with one workout. I mostly do this one, but i also sometimes do 10-15 minutes cardio if i m short on time. I just make sure i keep moving. I'll check my weight on 31st of December then I'll update. But for your information I'll say its very effective i didn't check my weight but i feel stronger and a bit thinner. Try to do it at least 5 times a week. Also have good diet. Eat in portion drink 2-3 litters of water. Drink 2 glass of water empty stomach and one glass before meal. Dont drink between or after meals. You will surely achieve your goals soon. That's all.

Diet enna follow pannigha
Day 1: Couldn't complete the workout (only till 17 minutes) because my body was exhausted as I have asthma and it was my first day of such heavy workout as a beginner and a breastfeeding mom. Felt burn in my thighs and lower abdomen.
Current weight between 70-71 kg.
Day 2: My body is sore specially lower abdomen and thighs. Completed the workout today 💪🏻. It was easy as compared to yesterday. Trying to avoid added white sugar and soft drinks. Other meals are just home made meals with the right quantity. No fast food.
Day 3: Skipped the workout today as I was walking in the market from 3 to 8pm so I guess that would compensate the workout 😄
Day 4: Did the workout today. Still feeling the soreness in lower abdomen as I felt the first day.
Day 5: Did the workout today as well but couldn't do 2 exercises as they were putting a lot of strain on my lower abdomen and soreness and burn is gradually increasing in my lower abdomen which is making a couple of exercises difficult and I can't get up putting pressure on my stomach as it hurts in my lower abdomen. Thinking of skipping exercise tomorrow but, let's see.

Yes I do follow diet . morning 3 idly, 1egg by 11 am , lunch 3 chapati with any veggies . Evening have one soup any kind or black tea . Night i have 3 gree gram dosa with any side dish with less carb
I am following this workout for the past 4 days. I gained atleast 7 kgs of weight due to my desk job and low movements. This really impacted my whole body,I am always heavy and don't have the energy to do anything because I m tired
Found this workout, and decided going for it. Start weight 56.5 kg
Day 1: Man, I couldn't complete it after 10 mins. Felt so light afterwards
Day 2: my whole body is screaming in pain. Especially lowerbody after the squats. 😢. Finished 12 mins
Day 3: The body felt okay. Finished 15 mins
Day 4: Skipped and went for long walks 7.4 kms. will do twice 2 morrow.
Started 4 days back. 1st day i did not complete this exercise. I did it only for 11 mins. Bcz before that I did 100 skipping. So i was exhausted. 2 nd day I completed. It's not that much hard. 3rd and 4 th day also completed. Let's see the results after a week. I will continue this exercise. I will give update about the results. Stay hydrated. 😅
5th day - 2 sets done.
6th day also 2 sets with 200 skippings.
7th day one time.. Evening I was not well
8th day- took rest.. Not well😢

I checked my weight my weight is now 64.5. At first I t was 66.

You need not go out. Do it indoor. Walk in place. Please go through the RD fitness playlist. Master posted a video for 20 minutes. Do it at your convenience. Due to ankle pain I couldn't walk outside. So i followed this video. 😂
