Congrats on the upcoming daddom. I know the next generation of nerds is going to be raised well.
And you should focus on them not us, its all good.

'Range 5 is a lot for a grenade.' Ignoring that the frag grenade is range 5, it's also only 20m tops, but likely lower (50ft or about 15m). Lancer ranges make zero sense RAW.

Depending on how you read it, Art of War and Blink Anchor are seperate systems, so the charges are seperate. Either way, Art of War says you "gain" 6 charges, so if you were considering it to add to the blink anchor it would bring it up to 9. Also, anything that raised your limited charge limit (engineering or IAF) would raise the base charges on the blink anchor.

I play on Interpoint alot, and Sunzi is considered one of those "spoiler" frames that make the game less fun for your GM. Play at your own risk.

The ability to drop the anchor somewhere far from the objective early on and then just teleport 6 npcs away on the final round with no save before they can react is crazy.

Warp rifle is loading because otherwise any mech could easily trap targets every single round. Using the warp rifle to teleport enemies out of cover, into wide hazards, over cliff edges, or out of engagement is very powerful. Add on +3 damage from hunter lock or +1d6 from overpower calibur and/or nuclear cavalier and you can easily yeet someone a very long distance. Doing that every round (twice if you barrage) with no restrictions would be too much battlefield manipulation at too little cost. It's a great gun, just not for pure damage.

So with the realspace breach i would rule that the target needs line of sight from the breach (it seems to me specifically for shooting around corners. And the target would need to be within your sensor range so your mech can know where they are to finess the shot off the hole in reality
