the design is not that complex but the process is complicated. this is one of the work of electronic engineers. imagine you're an electronic Engineer you're given a task to design a circuit where the input can be whether it's 5, 9, or 12V ; with 2A - 5A rate, and with an output of 5, 9, 12V, with 2.5A in the 1st output and 3-5A in the second output.
4 Blue SMD diodes serve as an indicator of the charge level of the battery located in the Power bank device. 1) when one blue SMD diode lights up, the battery charge level is 25% 2) when the two LEDs light up, the battery charge level is 50% 3) when the 3 SMD diodes light up, the battery charge level is 75% 4) when 4 SMD diodes light up, the battery charge level is 100%.
There are also Power bank devices that have a node with an LED LCD screen and 4 batteries model 18650 connected in parallel with the help of a nickel sheet and a spot welding machine.
Why we use inverter circuit in power bank? Can we not charge a 4 volt battery directly and the same connect to mobile for charging when that every mobile battery have 3.7 volt itself
But do you need all of those IC’s? If you are very careful, and have a circuit of a battery, micro usb for charging and usb- a for discharging, and a voltmeter to see the capacity, and a voltage converter from 3.7 to 5v, couldn’t that work?
When a very small load is connected to the power bank, it turn off. Thus, I cannot use very small load on power bank. Which part of the circuit does that?
