At around 1:11:05 ish that knuckle head called Judge Webster by her first name. Shebasked him a question and he said, "Yes, Phyllis." I don't know if she caught it, but Regier sure did hence his very pointed "Yes, Judge Webster" right after that.
I think she did catch it, but I love that she didn't let on because he got no satisfaction from that childish tactic when she just moved right along with what she was saying.

As Mike mentioned, he will discover some real rules about subject matter jurisdiction. Hopefully, the feds will get to collect the filing fee before they throw him out the door.

Last I looked the filing fee in US dist Ct is about $400. Should be a "somewhat" different argument he makes regarding "jurisdiction" in that court.
