This is not even the actual form requested. Honestly who programs those forms ??! This is terrible ! Oh and by the way, it looks very serious to have a video showing a form which isn't even the actual one ! Nicely done government !

I tried to create the account. After I submitted the details it took me back to login page but I didn't get any activation code and now I cannot login or create a new account with that email. there is no option to send activation code again.

How to use the extend feature? The portal shows the approved e Visa but when the option Extend is selected for applying for extension, it does not show the visa and hence not able to proceed further- any suggestions? Kantor Imigrasi Bandung has confirmed that they cannot extend the visa issued online and has to be managed online.
i couldnt find my application untill i clicked 'batch application' and it showed up, but on my pc i cant see that button, idk if it pertains to your problem but maybe it does
@@dabwayy4822 the application and approval shows up on my application but nothing in batch application or Extend tabs both from mobile and pc . It’s frustrating without having an option ☹️

@@flyer2757 I think the layout of the website changed a bit. You need to sign up for an account. When you are logged, you will see the extend button. Anyway, you have to enter the country before you can extend the visa. Some other complaining for not be able to extend electronically and stiil have to go to the immigration office.

You just have to try many times. I failed couple times but finally it worked. Looks like the system will only accept color pictures.

Always failed on the register page. Plus when u uploaded passport, it sync automatically the number (no passport number)

A few minutes after payment, I received an email inviting me to download the e-visa. Very fast indeed!
