- Both VOA and e-VOA not only provide an easy way to apply for a visa in Indonesia but also a seamless experience of Immigration clearance!
For any foreigner who is willing to apply for VOA/e-VOA, we strongly recommend to prepares all the needed documents, contrary to VOA, the e-VOA application must be done before arriving in Indonesia.
Please note that, both VOA and e-VOA holders can only stay for 30 days, if you wish to stay more, you have to extend your stay permit.

The e-VoA does not work. You enter all the information, then upload all your sensitive documents, only to find you cant Pay! I tried so many times, and there is no “payment” by credit card button. Indonesia needs to fix this to make the payment process easier online. So disappointing, and already I dont have a good impression…
Sad to say but I had worse experience than u. I paid TWICE and money got deducted from my credit card yet it still said payment failed!! I'm less than 24 hours away from setting off from Bali yet I now have absolutely no idea how I'm gonna get my visa...
Fortunately I’ve been using this facility since it was introduced and never had any issues whatsoever until my last visit which was on 2 june 2024

Hay many of travellers has been faced that ..There are many of Corrupted immigration officers at Jakarta airport ..They targets to solo travellers and ask for bribe..Indonesian government should take action about this ..

They must've seen your passport and thought here comes one who is accustomed to bribing.
Its not as easy as you make it out to be. I just uploaded all the documents and all I received is a "batch number".
Clicking on the "View Batch" only makes you refill the form, attach all documents and you get a different batch number.
Hopefully the Visa on Arrival works.

Photo specs are very confusing for evoa.
Some people just take it on the phone and upload.
1)What is the photo size in mm or cm?
2) what other specs needed?

actually what happens is when you save at the last page it shows payment pending and there is no payment link after that. After four failed later found to be expired application i discovered you have to click on the number on the left after save and then you can see the whole application.
Then you go down and see the payment link.
Btw do we have to carry any photos with us ,hard copies of visa copy, hotel booking or hard copies of tickets or it will do if we have pdf on the phone of each?
Lastly there must be many evoa passengers . Do we just line up in immigration straight away?

Hi, my friend is also facing the same issue. He came to indonesia on jan and left after three days. So now when he again want to visit there, and while trying to apply e visa, it shows user already exist. So he then check the website extend option and he can see his name, but when he clicked on the payment, it is showing a huge amount stating “FOREIGNERS WHO ARE IN THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA FOR NO MORE THAN 60 (SIXTY) DAYS FROM THE IMMIGRATION PERMIT GIVEN”. But in real, he never stayed there for that long. He only stayed for three days. How can we fix this ? How did you fix this brother ?

You should at least fix your website. UK citizens are struggling to get your website to accept information for a B1 visa. It keeps coming back with an internal server 500 error. It would save the hassle of joining a queue for a visa, alas it seems that no one is accepting that there is a problem because some people are able to get through.
That's true..I applied for a B1 Visa online and they keep getting my date of birth incorrect on the final document the year is always incorrect instead of 1994 its written as 0094. Not sure if that's correct
I’ve been waiting for over three weeks for my visa to be verified. I arrive in less than a week. The process is incredibly clunky and even more frustrating. Nobody replies to emails, live chat doesn’t work, consulates don’t want to know about you. I actually have no idea where to turn.

Unfortunately nobody replies to my messages on the Live Chat, I do not have instagram so that isn’t an option and my attempt to contact them via the email address provided on the visa website remains fruitless. I can’t express enough how frustrated I am with this system.

logically E-VOA is more easier than VOA, but still I'm not sure bcs prices are changes between them. E-VOA: USD 89 and, VOA: USD 35. so it makes me confuse.. hope someone explain that too
@@ferhatogru Both are 500k IDR = about 35 USD.
E-VOA is more convenient. You can prepare it before arriving and skip the visa counter.
Second advantage: it can be renewed online for another 500k.
Otherwise the normal VOA must be extended at an immigration office.

VOA price is IDR 500,000 (almost same as $35)...

Hey there, it shows error but once you reopen the site it's under process then you have to pay with card numbers, I faced the same issues but in backend pages it's working actually for payment

@@prakashm6040 check Old page which shows error then proceed payment, it shows error but actually it's done in background, now they have changed the site name, go to another new site and apply.
