Over Heaven is from one of the Jojo video games. It basically gave Dio the Infinity Gauntlet. He could just blink people out of reality by touching them, which is why they just vanish.

The thing with jojo: you shouldn't take it too serious. It's whole point is to be cool, to be mindblowing, for you to scream "OH MAI GAAAASH". It doesn't really work if you start overthinking it.

The thing with Jojo isn’t that the parts get better or that they get worse, they get different, so one person might hate part 1 and love part 6, or the other way, or any combination of hate and love

If you only watched the first season and didn't enjoy it, doesn't mean you won't enjoy anything past season 1.
Also don't listen to people who say it gets good later because that's 1. a shitty reason to keep watching a show and 2. in my opinion and in many others opinion the first season IS GOOD. It's just that it is very different from the rest of the show.

The path to heaven is a reference to a major plot point in jojo revolving around dio’s idea of “heaven”
Over heaven is a non-cannon version of dio who can manipulate reality.
Ultimate sacrifice is a reference to dio’s death, specifically the image. He doesn’t actually sacrifice himself.
Blood splash is actually not even related to dio, diovolo uses his own blood against giorno to blind him.
All of the knife related moves are a reference to dio throwing knifes.
Za Warudo is dio’s ability to stop time, his stand is “the world” hence the name.
Goodbye, jojo is a reference to part 1 of jojo shortly after dio becomes a vampire
Laser vision is a reference to dio using eye lasers.
Minions is a reference to the army dio creates.
Blood transfusion is a reference to the prank Joseph pulled after coming back to life, where in he pretended to have become dio due to dio’s blood being used to revive him.
Coffin bath is a reference to dio being in said coffin at the bottom of the sea.

Muda decks are so disgusting but you didn’t find the card for temp strength on attack so could have been better anyways.
I’d definitely suggest playing the Dante mod (called Son of Sparda) so chat can spam Andrew.
There is also Goku, Warframe and Hollow Knight mods for just other notable names.
I doubt you care about Touhou, but I regardless will 100% recommend the Marisa mod, it’s extremely well-made, I’m talking Hermit levels. After that, Reimu and Koishi are the next best Touhou ones, plus the Gensokyo mod adds a new act 1-3 based on Touhou.
Or just play Marisa if you don’t care about Touhou, still highly recommend her.

Dio is a british vampire who grew up poor, conned his way into a rich family and became a vampire, went to Florida and banged a gay priest. Died. Left a plan for this gay priest to screw over the rich family he conned himself into as a child and he actually succeed resulting in the series getting a reset in a new universe. Dio is the incarnation of spite.

Only thing I’m mad about is that it uses the Ironclad ending. Like the Silent’s “You ready your daggers” works much better against the Act 3 Heart dialogue, and the sliced-up Heart works much better as an ending cutscene compared to the Ironclad’s single blow.
Great mod though, exactly the right amount of cheesiness befitting JJBA. Are there other characters to play in the mod, or is it just Dio?
