I'll explain how it works. You need Muerta, Shaman and Omni. First Muerta cast parting shot on Shaman. Then Omni should cast Repel on Shaman as soon as possible (this will make both Shaman to cast the Ulti). After that, Shaman should ult with both the body and the spirit. I tested myself without hotkeys and I could easily click on each one and ult separately. So well, you can only combo this if you have 2 friends to play together with you. That's the hardest part :P
