Abs and Glutes Workout Combo | 30 Minutes with Mini Band

  • Hello everyone!
    2 in 1 sort this awesome workout! Glutes and abs!
    First 5 minutes abs, followed by 10 minutes glutes with band, and repeat! Total of 30 minutes workout so you will definitely get that serious burn in the glutes and abs second time round!
    The exercises are as follows:
    Table top crunch
    Hands interlocked crunch
    Opposite hand to foot reach
    Opposite hand to foot reach
    Tuck to extension
    Lying abduction
    Lying abduction pulses
    Bridge abduction
    Bridge abduction pulses
    Bridge up and down
    Donkey lift
    Donkey lift
    Reverse frog
    Squat with 2 pulses
    Squat pulses
    Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds with 10 second rest.
    You can use any small mini band or if you have a larger resistance band simply double it up!
    Really focus on using the ab muscles to perform the crunches.
    With the leg extension out, simply bent at knees or don’t come as low if lower back coming off floor even if slightly.
    With the glute band work, really push this by widening as far apart those knees. And in the squats, knees out when coming down and rising up!

    Would you do more of these "banded" workouts ? Those bands are killers and if used correctly the improvements are drastic!

      Agreed. I've been doing her workouts and just switched to bands to change it up. I really like the resisitance bands.

    Great video style. No talking, clear instructions and a chime to switch positions. Def subscribing. Workout was balanced, not too intense but not too easy (well, I'm a beginner).

    Lying abduction pulses, donkey kicks and the squat pulses were fire. Loved the abs section..so effective. I like the format in that you could do half of the workout if short on time.

    I have always liked your workouts because you're suffering along and the intensity is great. But since I've ruptured some ligaments in my ankle your workouts are really the best on TH-cam for me because you do a lot on the floor. Thank you for your videos. 💜

    YESSS, so happy I started working out again after a busy period. And your videos are just THE BEST!!! I have tried many others, but I tend to get confused by their workouts and then I get frustrated because I can't keep up with the workout (pace/moves/whatever). With you it is so relaxed to move along and I can really focus on myself and my muscle strengthning. Although I don't have weights at home I will try my best to craft some heavy items myself so I will be able to do the EPIC program at home (as gyms are closed). Your workouts just make me feel so goooood (L) Thank you so so much Caroline!!

    Week 6, day 2 - 2nd part of today's glutes workout... After part 1 pulses were setting my glutes on fire. :-D I never did the reverse frog with a mini band before - it made the exercise more challenging.

    I did this video with today thigh workout . Caroline I have one query as you posted thigh workout today with that which body part exercise we can combine . I usually do Pilates and yoga combined with weight exercise. Thanls I am enjoying my fitness journey with you.🙏

      Hello and thanks for your suggestion! I would say for beginners simply take breaks as and when you need to and only do the movements to the best of your ability as there are not really variations to these exercises. I will be sharing nutrition videos soon!! 🤩🤩🤩

    Awesome work out !! Knocked it out ! May I suggest more variations of exercises to challenge out bodies . Loved these selected choices , but not a huge fan of repeats . Also how do you feel about spending more time warming up and stretching ?
