Reckon this is one of the all time best songs by Australian band artists.., in my honest opinion. Love it to death. I’m 63 and have heard the best of the best in Aussie music. This stacks up, for sure.
I was backpacking australia when this song came out. heard it everywhere lol. For some reason i was thinking about it and wondered if it was uploaded on TH-cam. Ande here it is
This song instantly transports me back to being 14 years old and seeing Killing Heidi performing a free concert at the Robina Town Shopping Centre on the Goldy. Awwwwww. So many memories
I remember listening to this song when I just arrived to Australia, studying in Broadmeadows and living in Frankston it was a looong trip, plenty of time to listen lots of music!
Killing Heidi's best song, and the video is simply amazing. So many memorable elements: the stop-motion rush through the photos, the drummer absolutely going to town on his kit, the old couple tenderly slow dancing while the drag queen sings on stage, the circus girl briefly hula-ing a _flaming_ hoop around her belly, the way the band all leap into the air together during the last chorus. It's perfect.
Yep got to see them play in Albury/wodonga When they were just starting out so awesome!!! Love them so much!!! 💖🙏🕊🫶🏻🪷 takes me back to those innocent days 🥰
This makes me feel so old!! I got their demo tape for free at a N'SYNC concert, and was obsessed with this band. It has this song, Weir, and Superman Supergirl on it.

The album Reflector was bloody fantastic... I still have it in my car CD player to this day.... Every song is great, one of the best Australian Rock Album's ever made. But then it was so good they couldn't ever dream of being able to follow it up with another great one.... They never be able to match the quality of the original.

At 55 years old according to the prevailing comments, I am not allowed to LOVE this song as much as I REALLY do. Then I watched the sizzling Kinks-Lola style video and my Zimmer Frame crashed to the ground, with shock I gasped in fright. Then I got up and did a head-banger rave dance. Then I sat with a cup of Creamy Tea, Yeah that was good ! ? ! ? Snicker Snicker GREAT TRACK, ACTION AND PZAZZ
