BJ'S! I have had to deliver to dozens of these warehouse clubs all over the northeast and mid Atlantic states. Also had to go to their facilities in Jacksonville a couple of times. 😊. Their DC's are run by a outfit called Burris Refrigerated Logistics. All too familiar with their facilities 😊

Did you know you can cook scrambled eggs in a paper plate in the microwave? Put the eggs in bottom paper plate then cover it with another one. I use food release so they won't stick. Also Walmart sells a plastic omelet cooker that works in the microwave. There are various kinds of egg cookers available
I have a steam egg cooker and I'll never go without one. It'll hard boil a dozen eggs at once, soft boil, poach, scramble, and if you don't follow directions you can even fry one. It'll also steam meats & veggies and even cook rice.
That place must have not had real macrons because they should be crisp and airy but moist inside! A real French bakery will have good ones! Glad to see ya again Nia. Be well ❤
There are few truck drivers that actually take the time to shop at Whole Foods or meal prep. Good on you for keeping up healthy habits. It’s ridiculous that some of these other drivers think that you don’t have the time to do it. It’s like Arnold Schwarzenegger always says how many hours in a day do you have. As truck drivers we are we should be masters of how we manage our time. There is no excuse not to take the time for meal, prep and eating healthy.

When you hook up to a trailer and you have no air to slide your tandems push in your trailer brake let it build up with air pull out trailer brake now you'll be able to slide your tandems without driving around.... just a little tip for you
this is to the BEST DRESSED DRIVER OUT THERE....my hands hurt every time i see you beat those air lines with your hands....buy yourself a small rubber mallet...save you hands... keep on truckn sister....great video's.PS....and yes, use gloves more often.......
Back watching your channel for encouragement. I’m in my second week of trucking school and I passed my permit test. Tons of videos this week and next week we finally get to get in the truck and learn our maneuvers. We have a small class of three (4 dropped off) so I know we will get enough time behind the wheel. There are new classes every week and class is 4 weeks long. I’m the only female enrolled in the entire school at the moment so it is what it is..lol! Thanks for the quality content!
Oh don't worry about time behind the wheel bc once you find a company to train with you will always be behind the wheel. That's the only way to learn. Where's ur driving school at?
@@fast_traffick_report idk why you went with them but jump ship now. They don't pay good and can't keep their trucks moving enough bc they have too many. I would honestly look into kllm. You already have ur permit so you just need training which they do. They have nice equipment and their trucks can move. Idk what their pay starts at but Nia started at 65cpm with less than a year. Or you can come join us at Prime. Idk what the starting pay is for company drivers but leasing is 72% of the rate, unlimited home time anytime anywhere without giving up the truck. Just food for thought if ur not tied to swift for any reason.
Great information! I’ve heard great things about KLLM. I’m locked into Swift’s tuition repayment program for a year. I consider this career choice a marathon. After I pay my dues in the next year, I’ll have better understanding on how to position myself. You have to start somewhere:)

I just watched a TH-cam video reviewing Swift and the guy (Long Haul John) had pay and equipment as the major 'cons' with Swift. I had a difficult time with using those pin pullers. Always would really tweak my shoulders using them. Had better luck just pulling them by hand. Think us because I have long arms 27" from the shoulder socket to the wrist. 😮😊
That girl effed up some commas at the mall lol…. Little trick with sliding tandems you can just push in trailer brake and give it some rpms to fill the trailer lines so you don’t have to drive around . All flats is the only way to go
