I just watched your Beef Tongue vid and got hungry, went to the store without my glasses, came home with Tripe instead so going to give Tripe a shot, but I was so ready for Beef Tongue.
Would the recipe work if -- instead of cooking the tripe in the pressure cooker and then simmering -- you cooked all ingredients in the pressure cooker for 60 minutes, followed by a 15 minute natural release?
Noriko Amies - Yes sazon does contain MSG and it is the first ingredient so if you are sensitive or allergic please be aware. But it does kick the flavor up alot. Sazon is a flavor enhancer that can be substituted by just adding other spices separately such as saffron , salt, paprika and so on.
Im going to ask my mother if she can prepare it so i can try with my eyes closed bcuz im not touchin that raw tripe it looks disgusting to me im sorry some parts of the animal is hard to look at she said it taste good so im goin to try it

Nope. At 60 minutes in a pressure cooker your tripe would disintegrate into slime.
I watched this video and also the video on cooking the tripe in a pressure cooker. How come you didn't prepare the entire meal in the pressure cooker?
