    ទើបអាចយកមកធ្វើម៉ាំល្ហុងបាន | ใช้ทำมะละกอดองได้เท่านั้น | Can only be used to make pickled papaya

    - ប៊ីចេងកន្លះស្លាបព្រាបាយ | - ผงชูรสปรุงรสครึ่งช้อน | - half a spoonful of MSG
    - រំដេង | - ข่า | - galangal
    - អង្ករលីង | - ข้าวคั่ว | - roasted rice
    - ម្ទេស | - พริก | - chili
    រួចទុករយៈពេល 2 ថ្ងៃទើបយកមកញ៉ាំបាន | ทิ้งไว้ 2 วันก่อนรับประทาน | Leave for 2 days before eating.
