@@Zander13Productions yeah it helped a bunch and the spring video with your friend helped too. Thanks! Just rookie problems for me. I have to get new rear bottom shock bolts because they are not threading back in. When I did front springs, I didn't know I needed a pad spreader to put calipers back on and the top strut nut keeps spinning and that is normal...LOL. Anyway, keep 'em coming as always!
I am getting ready to do this myself. Perfect timing on the vid. Only suggestion for you would be to add a little bit more light under the car. I had to turn my brightness all the way up to see some of the bolts.
I had the BMR cradle lockout, and lower control arm bearings in my 2016 GT PP along with Steeda poly differential bushing inserts and that set up eliminated wheel hop in 98.8% of wheel spin situations i was in. Good video man.. Youre not too far from 1k subs. My race to 1k will begin again this friday.
I am thinking of this and a couple more BMR anti-hop mods (bushings kit, etc.). Do you think this will improve my 0-60 time? I'm in a 2018 Mustang GT manual. Do you notice better cornering?
Rated R Cars I do experience better cornering and this will absolutely improve 0-60. Anytime you can decrease movement in the chassis you will put the power down better. The car launches better now without a doubt!
@@Zander13Productions ohh okay thanks! That’s makes sense bc I was seeing some and thought they would only fit till 2017 and then some say they fit 15-22 so it was just a bit confusing
Neither did mine. BMR updated the kit so the support arm has that lower support integrated into it. Look at pictures on google of the kit with and without the pieces and you’ll see what I mean. I called BMR about it because I was also confused.
In your previous video you worked on one side at a time and did the front first, and then the back, but it looks like in this install you loosen all 4 bolts on one side first (but not all the way), and do the front then the back, is that correct?
really been thinking about doing this to mine. Let me know how it does getting on it in 1st gear id really like to know what you think. Ive heard it does good but also heard the tires can play a part in the wheel hop, which im a 17 so im still on p zero .
I will. When I had these on my 16 on the stock tires, it defiantly helped a ton. I am riding on 285 front/ 305 rear Nitto 555G2 tires right now. They seem to hook very well.
Zander 13 check out the “full tilt boogie racing bushing kit”.They work wonders, there’s a good video one TH-cam and it shows all the before and after results.
I just installed both the BMR Cradle Lockouts and the Differential Bushing Lockouts.... I am getting a “woo woo woo woo” sound coming from the rear-end when turning. Any chance you experience this? Hoping it’s just a break-in period?
@@Zander13Productions cool thanks for the quick reply, I have the brace and bushings already but if this is better then everything I have and saves a bit of weight i'll take it off and sell it lol. Can you used the alignment spacers with this tho?

@@Zander13Productions Sorry Zander, I guess I was expecting to see more of the meat & potatoes on dropping the rear cradle down properly, and parts install. You showcased the product pretty well by just placing it up in place to show orientation. I guess I was expecting to see the little tricks to making everything fit properly, possible headache areas. Thanks for the vids and can't wait to see you get the twin turbo back on the road.
@@captainmorgan5106 I think I didn't highlight more, if I can remember, bc I did another video very similar to this that showed it all. I didn't want to do a repetitive video. thanks for watching though 🙏
@@Zander13Productions OK, I figured it may have been time restraints. Thank you for taking the time to share. This is my next mod so I was just trying to get informed before I drop the irs cradle. Just curious, have you done the Steeda cradle alignment sleeves ? I was going to do them at the same time. And thanks again man.
Best real-world overview of what to expect on this installation. Bravo.
Thanks 🙏
Pulling up am old video! Going to do this today, along with rear springs! Finished front springs. Thanks for video!
❤️❤️❤️❤️ I hope this video helps

yes, I need some small spot lights
Hopefully this video helps out a bunch!
It should, I am going to put it up on a lift. Just need it to be 15 degrees warmer.

I had one in my old 16 GTPP so there was no way I was not going to do it again. Worth ever penny.
I had BMR springs and all in my 2016, i had no kid and plenty of money then. lol
I did too on my 16. I went with the FR springs this time for the magneride
Do you hear any clunking from the rear from the setup
Can the steeda irs subframe be installed with this bmr lockout or are they essentially the same thing from two companies
BMR is the way to go i have full rear BMR setup and it is awesome
both bmr and steeda make great products cant go wrong with either
I'm getting more side to side movement under acceleration. Would the BMR setup take care of that?.
Can this be combined with other wheelhop elimination solutions? Or what that be diminishing returns?

Is there a difference with a 15-17 cradle lockout and a 2018 mustang cradle lockout?!
Same thing
@@Zander13Productions ohh okay but could u tell like a difference in like material or how it’s designed from the 15-17 to the 2018 ?

what size of tires and wheels do you have looks great men i would love that setup on mine
I have videos on them. They are the sve r350 10/11x 19
So no need for the insert that runs through the bushing?
No
My kit didn’t come with the lower support washers. Will the kit be fine installing without using those lower bushing washers @zander13?

Great mod, though I got a full ‘stop the hop’ ultimate kit. Great purchases and totally worth it on GT’s
it really makes a difference
Can you use this and the steeda stop the hop?
Is this the same as the Steeda irs subframe braces? So it's either this one or steeda but not both? Or are they independent of each other
Kinda. BMR is my vote. You can also do the BMR762 kit like me. Promo code zander7 will save you a bunch too 💪

Could be the diff bushings? Is everything torqued to spec?
Zander13 yes. I’m a torque spec nazi. lol.
Zander13 so after a 42 mile drive the sound is gone. Thinking they just needed to break in or warm up. 🤷🏻♂️.
Zander, can you use the 005 with the 760 kit?
Yes
bmr's bang for buck is amazing.
Miss your focus rs man. Did you consider the 2018? Looks great
Sometimes I miss the RS because it was such a small nimble car but I am loving my 18 mustang!
Does anybody know what the difference is in the convertible rear suspension because they say this won't work on it
I believe the conv is just designed differently due to added bulk near the trunk and subframe
Did u align it after ?
Oh yes
Thanks for helping me spend some good money . Dear Santa lol . Peace from Up North
💪💪💪
nice! would this work on a gt350? I get a lot of wheel hop.
yes, it should work just fine
Zander13 do u also recommend lowering the car a bit? sorry for being such a noob this was my first muscle car lol.
is it bad to lift on the rear differential?
It’s ok to do that
This was a nice car.
How did you kill this one?
Nobody killed anything. Nothing bad happened to that car.
Another great vid. You keep this up and I wont have a savings account left!
How long did the install take from start to finish?
Paul Gormley if I wasn’t filming about an hour to 1 1/2 hrs. Power tools definitely help! But not needed.
Nice one. Thanks man.
Paul Gormley it’s my pleasure 😁
Does this work on the GT350?
A Noid I imagine it should. It’s all the same IRS cradle
You think this is better then the steeda stop the hop kit
Yes. By a long shot. The BMR 762 kit does even better. zander7 promo code saves a bunch of money at BMR too
