Almost did everything you did but I maxed out the interceptors and genetic reshuffling and couldn't get enough dna points to evolve total organ failure so the death rate was super slow and the cure was at 91% . Then I got impatient bc there were only 500,000 ppl left i devolved everything just to get total organ failure hoping it would kill everyone before they finished the cure. As soon as I went back to the map they had completed the cure and administered it before everyone died. 😞 If I had only waited.
