a very good job but what i know is that, the blanket or counterpane is removed leaving the patient covered with only the top sheet. Why was the counterpane not changed?
@@JUSTINANANAAKOSUAAYARKWAAH any sheet that is soiled/dirty should be changed as well but you don't leave the patient exposed in the process hence patient is left covered with top sheet till the procedure is done (even if you will change the top sheet ensure patient is not exposed at any point).
In one of your videos that's changing bed sheets from top to bottom, there was no screening but side to side there is,so I will like to know if that's the way it's supposed to be?
If patient is ambulant it is more appropriate to ask patient to sit on a bedside chair while u 'freely' make the bed. So this one is recommended when patient is confined to bed.
These people made things 8 times harder than they had to be. And gloves should have been on. Even 40 years ago when i went to school, you wore gloveswhen doing anything with or for a patient. 😮
This really reminds me of when I was in nursing school😊. Bitter sweet memories 😂😂❤
Thanks you so much for the video. Keep up the good work. I’ll subscribe right away 😊😊
This is so helpful thank you so much ❤
Good job buh I think gloves should have been worn since there was a patient in the bed.
Yes gloves should be worn thank for that.
But we don't wear gloves in bed making just wash your hands or use methylated spirit before and after procedure
@@OduroPokuaaConstance there was a patient in bed so wearing of gloves is very advisable
Which is which now
@@OduroPokuaaConstanceplease you should wear anytime you coming into contact with patient and anytime you handling any bodily fluid
Am enjoying this video

Yes that's a good observation. The counterpane should have been removed leaving the patient with only the top sheet.
pls does that mean the top sheet is not changed but the counter pane is changed?

Please since there is a patient on the bed, there should be a screen.
Wow 👍😍
Thanks you so much 😂
Nice video. My question is, is it used only when the patient isn't ambulant or it is used in all conditions of patients?

Can we get a video on admission of ambulant adult patient?
