I tried every tips about whipped cream but after crumb coating when I do final touch to my cake and doing design on top like flower and and some piping work at that moment my icing become extreme dry and airy so I didn't find solution for that can you help?

Truly Gorgeous, Sumptuous Truffle Cake better than any Falana Dhimaka cake in bakeries. Most bakeries use premix packs for cakes that's the reason they don't taste so yummy n delicious. Are u using Dutch process cocoa powder as it makes cakes super delicious n gives lovely reddish tone too. If u r using it do share brand for Dutch Cocoa powder. Thank you Ashwini.. yes both the cakes have different texture and flavour. I choose it depending upon which type of cakes I am making. If working with cream base frosting I go for oil based and for rich cakes and travel cakes I go for butter based. Both are equally good though
