U can enable the mods feature on the in-game settings, when u enable them u gotta reopen ur game tho. After u open the game again u can go to the mod list option in the bottom left corner of ur screen and go to the steam workshop and u can get some custom characters there Btw: the characters in the vid are named Ludwig and Nakmuay
