wouldn’t make sense to use google drive since it’s in one room. even without a nas, passing around hard drives to different computers would make it easier than google drive. but still, a nas is way better
Dear Lauri, I am sure that anyone with two yellow Ferraris and giant wooden bed hanging by what look like mooring ropes from the ceiling also has great taste and presence of mind as well. There are many more (probably too many) people who have way more than any of us (both time and money). Some of them will hire experts, others just throw cash at it wastefully until it looks "cool" to them. But I hope you will not go down that rabbit hole of just pointing out the idiocy of other studios. I still believe your tiny setup is an inspiration for many of us who cannot yet afford to upgrade. Your skills with reviewing and as an instructor are much more valuable, to me at least!
By the looks of it, they built this setup from what the had lying around or got for free from sponsors at some point in time (why some of the items are ancient). Speakers are Razer Nommo and Razer Nommo Pro.

I love this new series! Sadly, I don't follow that many streamers or TH-camrs, but maybe Linus, Jay, or some other PC reviewers have a video or two of their editing setups. This could be an awesome series of reviewing Gamers with overkill or underkill setups and, on the flip side, setups similar to yours, which are not as grand but loaded with powerful computers.
I have 5600G, which GPU should I pair with it for editing videos? I have 300-dollar budget. By the Way, I love your content. Very happy that you don't just focus only on gaming, you also make content for us. Thank you so much!
@@GurupratikSwami IF you aren't gaming, it's pretty fine for yo price limitation. Or, you can wait now for black friday and see if any price drops in nvidia gpu in your price range.
any intel arc will do 2d video and photo editing in h.264/h.265/av1/vp9 just fine, depending on your specific software used /and format of enconding/ it might prefer nvidia cards though -3050 /go for older 8GB version not newer 6GB that one is bottlenecked/ or look for a good on sale deal on 4060 as that video card allows also some decent fhd gaming and might have some resell value left later on
I just bought the ROG Swift 240 hz oled monitor, the final piece after I had saved up and bought parts here and there for over 2 years.. I ended up with a 3080 ti 5950x, x570 Dark Hero motherboard, Seasonic Prime Platinum psu, 1228gb of gskill trident in a c700m case, with 6 lian li al120s, and a nzxt 360 kraken elite for cooling, and 4tb sabrent rocket 4 plus for storage. The case came with a riser so I tried to use it, all i got was a loud click from the PSU, i took off the riser and slotted directly into the x16 slot and I get the same result, Im at a loss for answers any ideas, my man? I'd really appreciate it. I have watched your videos for a long while, they have taught me a lot, thanks for the time and effort you put into them.
This actually totally blows. Each editor should have their own room that is sound treated, and have dimmable lights. I'd get zero work done being out in the open like that with bright lights and sun coming in, with random people walking by.
That depends actually, if your workmates all have a creative work mindset I think it will have a positive effect on you, but then again we're all different so to each his own then.
That's how it's done in the broadcast and movie industries, but apparently, TH-camrs don't think it's necessary. Take Marques Brownlee's (MKBHD) editing studio, for example. It's an open space with plenty of lights, resembling a factory.
I'm mind blown if they actually don't have a NAS and rely on google drive 🤯
Exactly, I just don't get it?!?!

They should get the Lumaforge Owl like the order influencers

Every editor knows wired gaming mice are the goats. G502, G502X Plus etc.
What tablet you are using. Looks cool.:)

That guy scammed too many people…
I've heard.... he did a pretty good speech for D Trump recently though...
The headset is a astro a50 (as far as i see from the dock)
How did you do, that the video is in multilanguage? Is there a new function of TH-cam Studio?
4:00 Logitech MX Master are slow and have input lag, nothing beats a good gaming mouse. Nothing wrong with that.
terrible ergonomics displays in front of windows need blinds to regulate light, er no thanks
I'd be cool with an old crusty peasant 3090 any day.
