I think progressively overloading is not only increasing the reps or weight. With time increasing volume will become beneficial in building muscle too.
@@gamingwithwota2769 you shouldn’t even lift to failure so the intensity approach doesn’t apply to you. I will say for chest back shoulders do 8-10 sets per session and 6-8 sets per session for biceps and triceps. Do 15-18 sets for legs. Don’t push yourself very hard, use light weight and focus on improving your form and slow down the reps on the negitive(eccentric) portion. And then overtime you will become better at every exercise then you can train close to failure. Use a push pull legs or chest triceps,back biceps,shoulders,legs. Research about the variations and try every movement and see what works best for you. Then progress on weight and reps and increase the volume after every few months by 1 or 2 sets. Hope that helps❤️

in a row if your elbows are going past your rib cage then its more rear delts and not lats. to bias lats elbows should not go beyond rib cage for constant tension
Hi Saket ! I have a small suggestion, would you ask your camera person to shoot you with a perfect angle so that we could clearly watch your form and learn, for example when you were doing straight arm push down, you must have been in frame fully
maybe bulk up to 80 first then go down to single digit that would make for a more impactful cut and also allow you to pack on some more muscle mass in the mean time

For anyone reading this, my lower back hurts (the area that connects spine to hips) when I am doing any non-cable back focused exercises like bent over row or T-bar row. However, when i am doing exercises like lat pulldowns or seated row for that matter, i am able to maintain good form, slow speed and even nothing hurts. PLS guide fellow experienced lifters.
Before workout do some warm up use foam roller use a belt while training. Correct your posture while doing exercise. If the soreness stays then use ice pack

But when i do sitting i am able to do 12-13 reps with 1-2 reps left till fail. One question tho, do u do conventional dead or sumo? and also everytime weight needs to touch the ground then up or not?

While cutting down the body fat...training meh strength thoda drop down hoga, deficit meh diet chalegi, uske alawa apke energy levels meh bhi thoda sa depletion ho sakta hai. You also have an IMPORTANT EXAM FOR N1 coming up. So I suggest agar aap exam ke time apne aap ko manage kar sakte ho then definitely go for a cut and make the transformation.
