Fun Fact: Qld coach Graham Lowe actually told Mal Meninga to belt his own Manly player Michael O'Connor out of the game. And after the game, so that they didn't have to hand the Australian captaincy back to Lewis for the first test against NZ in Melbourne, O'Connor was forced to accept an apology from Meninga instead of Manly pursuing a citing against him. O'Connor, who begrudgingly accepted the apology, wasn't too pleased to later find out his own club coach (remember that from 1990-92, Snoz was actually Manly's captain under Lowe) had told Meninga to belt him out of the game.....but if Snoz thought about it, that's how highly Lowe thought of him that he saw him as the main danger player for NSW.
One of my all-time favorite memories 👏👏👏
This was a great series!
The place-kicking is shocking! lol
The standard of football is unbelievable.

When Titans go to war
Andrew Gee would have been sent off today for that head high tackle.
Never liked him even though he was a Qlder, always being an idiot on the field
Back when Rugby was Rugby.
This league mate the superior game nevermind rugby union
O'connor 0/4 would have won it for them if he practiced sideline kicks rofl too busy sinking beers
Absolutely ridiculous comment. Meninga took him out appallingly, which is why Snoz was way off his game.
