I met Constantine at a starbucks right before seeing the show. I started crying and told him he rocked and he said, "no, YOU rock" and it felt like a complete Stacey Jaxx moment
Conny is so talented. I remember him from his ultra cool role on "Bold and The Beautiful", and I was in the front row at the Chicago show in September of 2009. The musical show was amazing the film version was not!
ShakespeareanWannabe wasn't he just? Funny seeing their smash characters try so hard to make it on broadway when in real life the haven't had a problem at all XD well, they're ridiculously talented so of course
I was gifted for my birthday in 2009 to front row seats by my brother's wife. The whole family went in Chicago at The Band Of America Theater. Conny was excellent. Fantastic musicians and singers and the choreography was top notch! Phenomenal Chicago Cast. Skip the movie version.
WOW! That Constantine can sing and you know he's just totally enjoying this whole experience. His "whoa" near 3:29 I'm sure is spontaneous and just perfectly underscores this great performance.
I'm so glad I got to see this on Broadway. Such a fun show and the cast is incredibly sweet. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I'll always remember it fondly
Amy is amazing! I hope she comes back to Broadway soon. She had her "star entrance" in this number and I'm thrilled she had her shining moment at the Tonys. In due time!
I think it was probably mic problems. The whole night there were mic troubles. I don't think they were lip synching. I still think 3:19 is amazing. He owns everyone with that note. haha
haha this is so weird. i saved this performance on my tv and showed everyone and we all obsessed over the guy who hits the high note. and now i come on here and everyone else loves him too :] im seeing this show tomorrow. yayyy
This MUsical IS THA BOMB!! saw it last week on Broadway...I Loved it!! Mitchell you were AWESEOME!!!thank you for the great photo with us:>)) !!! thank you sooooo much!! xx from the netherlands:>))
So happy Constantine found his niche. He was born for THIS stage. THIS is where he belongs. On THIS stage, NOT the R&R stage, he TRULY shines. HERE... he's BEYOND an "American Idol." HERE... he IS a SUPERSTAR.💕
I saw this cast when I went the first time and it was AMAZING! You didn't think about the fact that the songs weren't theirs originally, you just loved the story. I really want to see it again but nothing will compare to this great cast!
I saw it a few days ago and its absolutely amazing! It's so funny and feel-good. the energy and enthusiastic atmosphere is just such a great experience! SEE IT, EVERYONE!
LOVED this show ... saw it a couple of months ago ... highly recommended to all, but especially if you were in high school or college (or in a rock band) in the 80s
I so love this show...I so can't wait to see it in April this year! Love Constantine!!! Watched and rooted for him on Idol and saw him in concert and loved every second of it.... :P :)
Hehe this song has alot of memories for me. In high school our coach would sing this at the end of all the dances and it was the funniest thing ever and on the seniors last day he sang it on the roof of the school and we all danced and cried.
I just saw this show and I loved it. Got to say though, the West End cast has this lot vocally beat, hands down. Some incredible talent we have in London!
just saw ROA on broadway last weekend and it was the most entertaining theatre experience of my life - unreal. So original, so hilarious, so raunchy (in a good way) and so much fun. I Highly recommend it to everyone. Gless sux, btw.
Dude, the year I auditioned for the magnet, Wesley was the one teaching the dance portion of the audition. It is so cool to see him doing so well! Yay, Wes! =0D
it’s been 12 years since this was given to me and i still have wesley taylor’s “everybody wants a thrill” on a constant repeat in my head
He truly stole the show each time I saw him (yeah, I went 13x, lol.) To this day my favorite Bwy show ever.
Me too!!!!!!!
every damn time I hear the original I'm surprised it's not there and I only saw it in this one performance 15 YEARS AGO
In the year 2024, same haha
o... m... g! i nearly passed out when the kid sang "everybody wants a thrill!" in falsetto! it was so unexpected! i swear, that boy is so amazing!
Weaver Oznerol that’s Wesley Taylor and he is a god
We love Wesley Taylor

I met Constantine at a starbucks right before seeing the show. I started crying and told him he rocked and he said, "no, YOU rock" and it felt like a complete Stacey Jaxx moment
You're breathtaking! Constantine: No, you're breathtaking!
Conny is so talented. I remember him from his ultra cool role on "Bold and The Beautiful", and I was in the front row at the Chicago show in September of 2009. The musical show was amazing the film version was not!
3:18 That's how you steal a show in under 5 seconds.
+ShakespeareanWannabe YES thank you for easy replaying abilities! Thats the only part I care about
ShakespeareanWannabe I replayed that bit about 100 times 😂 wesley Taylor slays
Charlotte D Haha, now all I can see is him doing the Rumor Has It dance! He was so great in Smash!
ShakespeareanWannabe

Charlotte D I know! Jeremy Jordan is a freaking rock star, Krysta is a BAMF, Andy Mientus is adorable, Wes is hysterical!
I feel like every time I watch 3:18 (which is a lot) my life instantly becomes better. Thank you Wesley Taylor lol
3:18 probably the greatest thing i ever heard/saw ill never sing that line the same 😄
Wesley Taylor could not be more perfect...
PS to everyone watching "the guy at 3:19" is Wesley Taylor, and yes he is amazing
Currently in a production of Rock of Ages and almost the whole cast thinks of 3:18 whenever we’re singing 😂
I have wesleys part recited as a voice memo then made it a ringtone!
Back in the '80s who would have guessed that they'd be playing a Twisted Sister song at the Tony awards
WOW! That Constantine can sing and you know he's just totally enjoying this whole experience. His "whoa" near 3:29 I'm sure is spontaneous and just perfectly underscores this great performance.
Wesley Taylor gives me life😍😍😍😍😭😭😭😭
Seen the show about 15 times, just love it what a great night out, cant wait for it to return.

I almost didn't get to see this with the original cast. I'm so glad I did. It was the most fun I've ever had at a musical.
So many amazing men in this production!! Wes, Jeremy, and Constantine!!!!
I'm so glad I got to see this on Broadway. Such a fun show and the cast is incredibly sweet. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I'll always remember it fondly
The note Wesley Taylor hits at 3:20 is one of the most phenomenal things I've ever heard!
Wesley Taylor rocking that double Demi giving me reason to live
He is in "Smash" as Bobby, and he was Lucas on the musical "The Addams Family"
'A delicious wine cooler!' lmao. I love that narrator guy.

My favorite part is that the dude who plays Drew seems like he is fully enjoying playing Drew and being on that stage
I am so excited to do this for our spring musical!
Amy is amazing! I hope she comes back to Broadway soon. She had her "star entrance" in this number and I'm thrilled she had her shining moment at the Tonys. In due time!

Everyone talking about Wesley Taylor’s singing and I agree, but he’s also the best dancer 🤩
My brother played Franz in the national tour this year. He was amazing and what an amazing show it is. If you haven't seen it, you need to.

Best play EVER!!!!!!! That is more a concert than a play , but it was AMAZING
Constantine Maroulis is amazing...nuff said!
Hehe this song has alot of memories for me. In high school our coach would sing this at the end of all the dances and it was the funniest thing ever and on the seniors last day he sang it on the roof of the school and we all danced and cried.

@@vidkris1535 Still way better than the movie, and I mean it has the Final Countdown, that gives it points.
