Great video Faruk! Lake Dolores is definitely a blast. I was just out there flying with Ken Dono, Sean Ozz and Bob Dempsey. We had a blast flying this bando waterpark and hope it's around for a bit longer. Sad what vandals have done to some of the structures. Nice work flying in manual. I enjoy your videos.

Great video. You are a brave man! Everyone else was testing this over grassy fields and lightly wooded areas with the occasional flight over shallow water. You do your testing over concrete and around steel structures. You should get points for the higher pucker factor.

Look fun. I'm excited for the new motion controller. I've been using my motion controller exclusively now with my DJI FPV. This new system looks like a great upgrade.
These are the kind of review that keep us coming back for more, also DJI keeps innovating no matter what. Time to sell the old avata for this one.

I'm confused, can you do those loops and rolls with the addition of the joystick on the new Motion Controller, or do you still need to use the regular controller to get inverted?

Should I buy the DJI Avata 2 or the Mini 4 Pro? Looking for mostly B-rolls and tracking features but the Avata is a bit more cheaper than the mini 4 pro.

If you want to get your blood really pumping then people laying out their own cash of about $1,500 will break the heart rate monitor. You put together a good video and it's something I'm certainly considering buying because of it, which is all that matters.

Dji's oficial drone simulator he sometimes posts himself while he is in simulator in instagram and in tik tok.
At what FPS did you film with the Avata? The drone footage has a lot of stuttering and artifacts on my TV, but on my iPhone it runs smoothly (due to ProMotion)
I would run 30 FPS 4K. You can downscale 120 slowmo to 24 FPS but not in 4K.

You know…. such weird and completely (!!!) unrelated story… my credit card number got stolen recently and someone bought a lens with it… so bizarre. I mean who ever stole my credit card number must be so naive that they put my address in for the delivery the lens came to my house… so weird… who stole my credit card number??? I guess we'll never know…

A little LATE but we forgive you
V3 needs a 360 camera on it, so you can look around with your headset. For instance, when you are doing that loop, you could look down and up and see where you want to go more easily.
Good video, but... 3:48 Sudden movements when we are VIDEOING. :-) We do not film, we video. Digital Video and film require different skill sets. Having DIFFERENT historical and TECHNOLOGICAL timelines spanning 150 years. 🙂 If you want to educate start by having pride in the technology we use including our own language to describe what we do. Our tools are Digital Video, Non-linear, and CGI. The other professionals who know how to use film and film cameras, like an ARRIFLEX 435 and Steenbeck flatbeds. :-) That's the tools of filming. Know the difference and be better at your craft. Respect to you.

I’m going to return mine I now know 190% fpv is not for me f’n can’t get into it for the life of me not going to fight it.
Surprised to see where the scuffs were around the camera and yet the lens didn't crack or shatter. Sadly, I have the AVATA 1 and have barely flown it and now they have the 2. Story of my life.

Sorry another thing DJI need to sort out is this B.S registration where you have to register and lock all their drones and devices to a single email account that cannot be changed. They claim more B.S that you can but anyone who’s tried to contact them to change it has found out that is again B.S and that dji just fob you off!. Say you lose access to your email account, have to create a new one then it makes your expensive DJI product bricked and useless!. So until DJI change that they can p1ss off!.
I was not aware of this, I was going to buy an avata, but now knowing this I am not. I personally can't buy consumer electronic products that are restrictive like that.
I also heard they have to be connected to the internet just to fly the drone, what if I need to fly where there is no cell signal. I planned on using it for a backpacking trip as a periscope, but I can't do that if there is no signal.
@@supakat1835 yea the same I find it absolutely outrageous that to the best of my knowledge are still doing this. I googled it today and there is forums full of people incredibly angry that they still cannot change the email they used to activate products. There’s countless posts of people stating they’ve wasted $600 on say a drone because they now can’t login so on and so on!.
It’s just an unacceptable practice and I wish more TH-cam channels would make this crystal clear when they review/advertise these products!. As people buy them based on the reviews find they can’t change the email for whatever reason get livid with anger and in part blame the youtuber for not highlighting this issue!.
That’s actually a good anti theft feature. If you lose access to your primary email you have much greater problems than not being able to fly a drone…

Sounds like people making mountains out off mole hills. I've never had any issues with my DJI mini 4 pro. It's a great wee drone and I love it 🚁👍

for this type of quadcopter im not sure dji is great. you will crash more and break stuff but cant fix them easily, and dont have the knowledge because you didnt build it. it means their design needs more user serviceable parts basically, and be stronger. the tester here just used it for a few flights, but imagine after 3-6mo

Oh I'm happy for you. In my tests it performs worse than X3 and even X2 sometimes.
