Not motobikes. Not GT cars. Not dreamcars. Come with me for one onboard lap on the coolest track of the world.

Of course, the motobikers are outstanding. No doubt. Fantastic guys. Impressive racers.
GIUA circuit 6.115m. 19 turns. Speed average over 165 kmh. Fast Over 200 kmh top speed in the city. It's not like football, skiing or driving on a highway... - it's very very special. So crazy. Check it out.
Four days of pure racing and emotions. Follow the minutes before the races and some private pictures. It was an amazing experience and I love watching those videos to think back. Sometimes I see an angel flying through the pictures. So many nice people all over the world sent me best wishes after the crash.
Yeah, that was my trip to Macau 2018 for the FIA F3 World Cup part #2. Looking forward.

In retrospect: it is strange looking at this footage and see how calm and relaxed you are just before the race, knowing now what disaster is going to happen to you. Do not let this accident affect your confidence in yourself!

Scary to think this could have been her last VLOG. It's amazing she survived the accident, has fully recovered and still has the will to continue racing. Best of luck (and skill!) in the future Sophia. Be safe!
I can see why conditioning is key...half a lap in and I would not be able to see from all the vomit in my helmet...lol...looking forward to following you all the way to f1

Wow it isn't until you see an onboard video of that entire lap that you BEGIN to comprehend how insanely challenging that track really is. So much respect for how you guys (and gals) are powering through it. So glad to see you recovered from that horrible crash and I hope to see you in F1 one day. So krass, wie mir die ganze Strecke onboard so bekannt vorkommt, obwohl ich noch nie ein Rennen in Macau gesehen hab oder jemals da war... alles durch das Videospiel PGR 4 selbst abgefahren vor Jahren. :D
Wundert mich sowieso dass die FIA die Strecke nicht entschärft😐
Dort passiert doch jedes Jahr etwas...aber schön zu sehen dass es dir wieder besser geht😘👍
Ganz ehrlich? Was willst du da groß ändern? Die Häuser sind nun mal da, ist genauso wie in Monaco, da kannst du nicht viel entschärfen. Und grade weil die Strecke so anspruchsvoll ist, ist sie bei den Fahrern ja so beliebt.
Das ist 10x schlimmer als Monaco !
Im Vergleich mit Monaco ging es dadrum das man schlecht die Häuser abreißen kann nur um die Strecke zu entschärfen...@@kallenomalle

Liebe Sophia, tolles Video und Respekt, wie du den Crash weggesteckt hast. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass du dich in den nächsten Jahren so entwickelst, dass du dich im Motorsport etablieren kannst. Es wäre so toll, endlich mal eine schnelle Frau in höheren Rennserien zu sehen. Ich drücke dir ganz fest die Daumen und hoffe du wirst wieder ganz gesund.

The onboard shows how narrow the track really is. Literally no room for error. As a spectator i think these tracks are interesting to watch, however for drivers it seems to be quite dangerous. So, from now on: Please no flying with cars anymore! Ist ja zum Glück gut gegangen. Der Schutzengel wird sich hoffentlich auch vom Herzkasperl erholen.

Bist auf jedenfall krass eingeplankt, ist sicher auch Psychisch eine Herrausforderung sich nach so einem erlebniss wieder ins Auto zu setzen und alles zu geben. Ich wünsche dir das du schnell wieder Fit genug bist um anzugreifen. BTW cooles Video ist immer schön einen Blick hinter die Kulissen zu bekommen, was mich persönlich mehr interessiert als das was man im TV oder von einer Trebüne aus zu sehen bekommt. ....... Ich war erschrocken als ich das im Netz gelesen habe. Es passiert immer wieder was auf dieser Strecke. Es ist mir einer der Anspruch vollsten Stecken die ich kenne. Aber letztes Jahr der Motorrad Unfall, letztes Jahr bei dir. Natürlich alles eine verkettung unglücklicher umstände. Aber ob diese Steckt noch Formel Tauglich ist.

Just looking back at the track where you had your brush with death, girl, you're a maniac! I love it! Massive respect for you to look at the crash, say that wasn't so bad behind the wheel and do it again. Massive respect. Still purring like a kitten and tossing quick land rovers all over the world. Good luck at Le Mans in 35 hours! Difficult field, starting 3rd or 4th from last in the LMP2 field, only one thing left to do. Can't go wrong now. Pass all them sons of bitches and you got 24 hours to do it. Rooting for you, Tatiana and Beitske. Godspeed, Sophia!
toller VLOG ! bei der onboard läufts mir von anfang bis ende kalt den rücken runter. Für mich unvorstellbar dass man den arsch in der Hose haben kann in nem formel Fahrzeug hier das gas auf den boden zu treten. manch eine go cart bahn ist ja ne 5 spurige autobahn dagenen. Wünsche dir alles Gute für die neue Saison und dass dein Rücken hält ;)

Du bist echt unglaublich, dir passiert der reine horror in diesem Rennen und lädst trotzdem einen vlog von diesem Wochenende hoch.. Und das obwohl du wahrscheinlich nicht mal wieder ganz fit nehme ich einfach mal an. Also ich hoffe natürlich es geht dir gut und wird dir wieder so gehen als wäre nichts gewesen.
