Best set up video yet! A lot of others got me lost!
    Please help!
Do you leave it on while not in use?
    If so, on what setting?
    What is the chemical balance?

You can leave it on when not in use it's better so your tub wont turn green

I tend to use the timer so it will switch on automatically and start warming up so it’s ready for a specific time but some people just leave the temperature set so it keeps it at that heat. It won’t go green if you use the correct amount of chlorine or other such chemical to the correct dose of course. I add chlorine every day regardless of whether we use it or not.

Thanks for the info. The pump sounds incredibly loud when the bubbles are on. Are all laz-y-spa pumps that loud?

Do you use two filters. The one on the longer clear hose to the left of the filter??? And thank you so much for your informative video. So much better than others.

How long does it normally take the water to warm up? It seems like ours has been on for hours and the temp hasn't moved.

How long did yours take to heat up? Mine has just been filled and I’m interested to know how long it takes to heat up, thanks.

Make sure you’re turned on the heat button. We moved the temp up but didn’t set the heat properly. The heat and filter should both be running

So I called the maintenance hotline and they said it can take up to 72 hours for the hot tub to get to temp. Which, after some waiting, seems to be the case.

Hi, Yes it took ours about 36 hours the first time but then it should only take 4 to 6 hours dependant on how low you let the water temperature get.
