Nice, I put Henry's on mine, I chose that because a bunch of schoolie videos, 2 year's in and still looks great. The weather here in the Ozarks is getting ugly, so watching your view are great relief...Thanks. 👍

What did you do to prep the roof? Sand, pain some base coat.? Any more info on that would help me. Thanks.

I pressure washed first. Removed beacon and used flashing and dicor to seal. Brushed dust off with stiff broom. Wiped down with denatured alcohol. I removed old loose caulking and revealed hatches and seams with dicor. My old paint was weathered and did not need to sand or scuff. I applied 2 coats with 3/4 nap roller about an hour between coats.

That coating makes a huge difference in summer interior temperatures in the SW.. I did a horse trailer roof and noticed big difference!! 😳
So then did my mobile home (metal ) roof. I did wait a day or two to do second coat. That was 2012 still good.. Mobile is 850 sq ft and now cooled with only one 10,000 BTU window unit. We get couple weeks of high 90s in summer. Cool stuff 😎 👌
