I made this a few times, always a hit with my 16 years old, very picky eater, thank you so much! However, I’ve meaning to ask for the recipe for the tamarind dipping sauce when you get a chance! Thank you in advance
It looks so great. I've never thought that baked salmon used as a ingredient to roll in Vietnamese cuisine. U made me change the way of thinking. What a great fusion. Looking forward to watching more your videos. Have a nice day!
Hi Hector, I am glad you like the recipe. It's so delicious and healthy when made into fresh rolls and I hope you'll give it a try. Thanks for the nice comment :)
I usually shy away from eating fish, it's not my thing - but this baked salmon looks very enticing. I will try this recipe for sure. Thanks so much Trang!
Thanks Anna! I like salmon because it pretty mild and the marinade helps to tone down any remaining fishiness. Hope you'll give it a try and let me know what you think :)
Very nice video. I would recommend coating the filet with mayonnaise first for moister fish. I bake my salmon filet (my own recipe) uncovered @375F for 15 minutes and broil @450F for 2 minutes. I like my fish juicy and slightly pink on the inside.
Thanks Vinny! Appreciate the positive feedback. Video editing is new for me and I am constantly learning new things. Hopefully my videos are getting better :)
What a beautiful and delicious looking recipe! That would make a perfect meal or light snack now that the weather is warming up. Thanks for the upload!
You are so sweet! Yes, this dish makes a great light meal and can be served as an Asian or Western meal just be adding a few side dishes. The flavors are universally appealing. :)

I love eating fish but sometimes get short with ideas how to cook:( This recipe is just too great, simple and quick! May be when Salmon is not available at home I might try this recipe with Basa fillet or Tilapia fillet. Will that work? Thanks for sharing!!
Hi Tauhida, Any fish works well with this recipe so use what is available to you. Salmon is my favorite although a lot of folks like red snapper or sea bass in this dish. Enjoy the recipe!
