I made this a few times, always a hit with my 16 years old, very picky eater, thank you so much! However, I’ve meaning to ask for the recipe for the tamarind dipping sauce when you get a chance! Thank you in advance

I usually shy away from eating fish, it's not my thing - but this baked salmon looks very enticing. I will try this recipe for sure. Thanks so much Trang!

Thanks Anna! I like salmon because it pretty mild and the marinade helps to tone down any remaining fishiness. Hope you'll give it a try and let me know what you think :)

Very nice video. I would recommend coating the filet with mayonnaise first for moister fish. I bake my salmon filet (my own recipe) uncovered @375F for 15 minutes and broil @450F for 2 minutes. I like my fish juicy and slightly pink on the inside.

I love eating fish but sometimes get short with ideas how to cook:(
This recipe is just too great, simple and quick! May be when Salmon is not available at home I might try this recipe with Basa fillet or Tilapia fillet. Will that work? Thanks for sharing!!

      Hi Tauhida,
Any fish works well with this recipe so use what is available to you. Salmon is my favorite although a lot of folks like red snapper or sea bass in this dish. Enjoy the recipe!
