It's always a pain fixing up things like that. Lucky you didn't get hit with that grinder.

I was just thinking, sparks toward your plumbs and not your chums, and then it happened. That could have gone downhill quickly.

39:29 and THAT is why I hate using corded grinders. I always EXCLUSIVELY use battery powered ones. They're too weak to do that.

I have never thought of that - I don't have a cordless one but might be time to get one.

@@LexsBudgetBunkerBuild Makita make decent ones. I found there's this knockoff brand "Katsu" or "Aimtools" which seems to do a good job - for just some $20 price. A bit underpowered but it beats trying to lose your fingers all the time (or get a disc fragment to your forehead). Only issue is the batteries... They start at around $60 per battery.. The knockoffs kinda work as well but they're about the same price so it's not worth it. If dewalt/milwaukee batteries are cheaper, you CAN Get a battery adapter and use those batteries to a makita tool instead.

@dimitar4y nothing that cheap out my way. I have plenty of Makita batteries already so would probably stick with that.

@@LexsBudgetBunkerBuild Yea, try the "Katsu/Aimtools" knockoffs. They're ridiculously good for the pennies they cost. I've been using their 115mm grinder and '1 inch impact wrench' (it's weaker than a proper impact wrench but it comes with a hex hole for a bit holder to use as regular impact) for a few years now, they've never failed me, though they're not as good as the real stuff obviously ;) but they surprisingly do the job, not like the bosch/parkside garbage. I even got their Palm Router, blower and SDS - they all work too damn well for their 20$ tag LOL
