Good Morning Bhavdip Bhal A few things to check would be your settings of your serial port on your computer, also check the wiring of the serial converter another thing to try would select unknown for all settings and select start the scan will take about an hour if no connection made possible bad controller or serial converter. Hello Bhavdip Question, did you install the driver for the USB converter, are you able to communicate with other devices using the same USB port? At about 2:20 in the video I show where to get the converter I used in the video, if you used a different type there could a combat-ability issue, or you could have a bad communication port on the DTC 1000 module. While running the scan does the TX or RX LEDs flash? You could try to reverse the wires. Hope This Helps Tom

I have USB to RS485 converter and check all parameter and also try all unknown but still not connect

Hi, please, what maximium number of DTC connected with plc ? It's possible 22 termocouples in a PLC ?
The maximum number of DTC temperature controllers using modbus communications is 31.

Can I use one DTC 1000 and twenty one DTC 2000 in one lan using IHM ?
According to the manual its 1 DTC-1000 for 7 DTC-2000, But I have had more than 12 Dtc-2000 to 1 DTC-1000
What type HMI are you using? I've done it with CMore by automation direct, Pro face and EZ-Automation.
How to chang output C/V?
To change the Control Variable you have set the Control Method to Manual.
