Good Morning, .bb is not an error or fault. this is actually called base block. The drive is in two sections LOGICAL & POWER SECTIONS, in .bb the power section is off. Most probable cause is e-stop. Or if the ENABLE signal comes from PLC check the output. Hope This Helps Tom

The A.84 alarm for Sigma 2 Servo is an encoder data error alarm. This alarm is for both absolute and incremental encoders, and its meaning depends on the type of encoder. If you are following the procedure the alarm should clear. First I must ask do you still have the P-OT or does the servo pack not go into RUN.

In the video that I have posted yasukawa resetting the a. 81 is the same procedure for for the sigma 5 a.810 fault. But sigma 5 and sigma 7 product line can be reset by programming. So check and see if there is reset option the manufacturer may have programed.

Vorapob, To upload project from your MP2200 you will need MPE770 software. And from Yaskawa: "MotionWorks MPE720 software is not a free download and requires a paid license". Contact your local rep to purchase. You could contact Yaskawa maybe they can e-mail you the software. Hope This Helps Tom

The Servo Amplifier is split into 2 sections the Power section & Logic Section. The green LED is for Logic control, check and verify you have power to L1C & L2C. If you do replace Servo Amplifier. Hope This helps Tom

Kmetovity Levente, Following this video you will reset all the Servo Pack parameters (PN) back to factory default settings. The FN are functions, and UN are monitoring, these are not changed. However if you are looking for your specific machine parameters settings, the only help I can give on that is sometimes the machines manufactures will include these parameters on schematics, or other machine documentation. your own company should have these parameters either in the machine documentation files or on a computer where you will need the SigmaWin+ software. If you're talking about auto-tune it's always good to Auto-Tune it sets up your servo or your motor for the highest performance possible

Sir I need your help, our drive is fault we plan to buy new drive ,I has program for that machine .now I want to write program to new one. What's my doubt only write program and jog is enough or tuning need can tell me how to do kindly help me sir.
