Olly Builds a miniature kids car. It's a 3/4 Scale WW2 Willys Jeep built from Suzuki Jimny and Honda Quad parts. The Jeep will have fully operational Four Wheel Drive, with Locking Wheel Hubs and will run on petrol. The Ideal Kids Project at Home, and the Ultimate Kids Toy to Keep Kids Occupied.

Hi Oliver real nice building skills you have looks real good how are you going to do the drive yoke on the motor and what is the transfer case out of thanks for your info keep on building.

Hi Steven. I have the spring loaded drive yoke from the quad, which we will mesh with the drive shaft from the transfer case. All of the running gear is from a Suzuki Jimny, we shortened the axles to make the mini Willys Jeep :) Take a look at the earlier episodes.

It's a TRX250 quad bike engine, it should put out around 20hp.

If you need any measurements just drop them in a comment.
I've used a 250cc Quad bike engine in this project so your 250cc MC engine should be fine, easiest with a shaft output though unless you're going RWD 😉👍

Every dimension is exaclty 4/5 the scale of the original Willys Jeep, so 80% of full size. We took the measurements from a 1/12 scale model.
