When you said that the guy with the diamond sword is auto clicking he might be doing that but sometimes it glitches for some people and it looks like they are auto clicking but they aren’t.
The annoying thing is like me and my friends ( all girls ) always play Roblox bedwars and if we go in squads with a random they always like “ugh all girls” “girls can’t fight wat u guys doing on bedwars pfft lol” but me and my friends always carry them and they end up being quiet but sometimes other teams stand up for us c:

2:35 he was not auto clicking when you watch a player whether in spectate or not the item in their hand will be moving if they were autoclicking their sword would be moving in the way the sword moves when you equip it and click
