Kirbunny431 Thank you! if i remember correctly , if it's set to develop mode with the items on its possible . You can still spawn the pokeballs and adjust which pokemon comes out from either players side .I think the button combinations to pull it up in the match were L+R then Z and the control stick or d pad to adjust during the match. hope this helps!
I knew about the button combination for spawning items, but it didn't occur to me that the Pokemon I selected would also spawn from Pokeballs that just randomly appear. Thanks!

I'll add this to the list! I might not be able to make the Pokeballs only spawn Ho-Oh, but I will definitely try.
