The Power of Sleep
Any disease is caused by two factors - cellular toxicity and nutritional deficiency. Lack of sleep or insufficient sleep contributes to toxicity in our bodies. During sleep the body and the brain get rid of their toxic wastes. Sleep is essential for physical and mental health. It allows the body to repair and rejuvenate itself and helps to maintain a healthy immune system. Adequate sleep is also necessary for the proper functioning of the brain, including memory consolidation and the regulation of mood. Lack of sleep can lead to a variety of health problems, including obesity, diabetes, and an increased risk of heart disease and stroke. It can also affect cognitive functioning, making it more difficult to concentrate, learn, and make decisions. To maintain good health, it is recommended to get 8-9 hours of sleep per night. Sleep affects everything in the body and the brain. Sleep is more important than nutrition and exercise. This one factor is fundamental for our energy, our happiness, our sexuality, and our resistance to life-threatening diseases.
Those who want to live a long and healthy life, sleep must just be the single most important ingredient of all.

my life with insomnia and Somniphobia for years.. ..i lost everything in life including good career, i romed every nook and corner for my problem..but nothing help me out for long run.
Im not stable,even im not working for my bread..my health is not supporting me. gradually deteriorating.......when i about go to bed for sleep, the anxiety will occupying over me
keep on anxiety, overthinking, fear every single day..even im not sleeping for 2 hours, its like a hell on earth when we can not sleep.....
Even my body feel fully exhusted and sleepy after physical exercise and yoga but my mind cannot switch off when i about to sleep
always something troublesome ( Intrusive same pattern thoughts at night ) in my mind which will simply prevent my sleep....im helpless that time.
im actually very hyper sensitive guy..i was born and brought in small south indian village... when i got chance to go metropolitan city, where i was not able to adjust, habituated, mingled with city environment by seeing that advanced busy life, congested, crowded places, Tall buildings.
from then on wards i simply developed fear, anxiety, phobia to go new places,
cities, as well as sleeping phobia to sleep all alone at night....
Naresh Garu, I’m very sorry to know about your condition. Please watch next video on Tuesday. It may help you. You please stop taking my sugar, sweets, sugary substances and soft drinks. Eat more natural foods like whole grains, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Do some physical exercise everyday. By changing your lifestyle and diet you may benefit a lot. You had better consult a sleep clinic. You will have to stay there for a night and will test you and know the exact cause. You can consult a multispeciality hospital. They have that facility.
