      Hahahahahahaha tell that to morons in the west. Remember people, the base requirement for ramadam fasting is to only skip lunch and don't drink water while your are at it. In other part of the world where Muslims predominate, during ramadam everything in the society slows down during the day. People work fewer hours and are a lot less productive. They spend most of the day sleeping and looking forward to how much they are going to load themselves silly with food. All these because they skipped lunch?!?!

    Lovely to see someone new try fasting for the first time. I was 8 when I fasted first time ever, I still remember that day everybody was awake and doing suhoor i woke up and saw everyone at the table I went and told my mom that I will fast today and she gave me small paratha and omelette with milk I took it happily as it was a holiday so after prayers I slept and woke up again in the morning my mom asked me what would you like to have for the breakfast, I told her no I am fasting and thats not how people fast, she thaught by the lunch I would be hungry plus she offered me water in between but I stood fast, then In the evening everybody was amazed how I controlled my temptations as I was a kid. My mother asked me any special thing you would like to have in Aftar. I said what everyone will have but she knew I like samosas, so she made vegetables samosas for me thats how I completed my first fast. I was so so happy that day I still remember and that was my first fasting.

      there is no spiritual side in Ramadan fasting.
      According to Jesus Christ, Muslim Ramadan fasting is hypocrisy( nonsense, a waste of time, attention-seeking and noise-making)
      Matthew 6:16-18
      16"When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.17 But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 18 so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
      in secret.

    • @hamdimy2
      @hamdimy2 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@sagbeyeikiriko8178 Muslims fast in secret during Ramadan. We do not tell or shout out for attention that we are fasting unless someone invites us to eat during fasting period. During Ramadan there are muslim who are allowed to skip fasting such as a woman having her period and no one knows who is fasting and who is not. This is our norm. Fasting is one of the most silent religious deeds as only god knows who is fasting and who is not. And many muslims fast outside of Ramadan month too. Again silently because we continue to do daily activities such as work in a normal manner.

One thing that stood up to me and was commendable from your part is that you started fasting and although it wasn’t perfect at the beginning you slowly started learning bit by bit, and that’s what Allah wants from us and is to have “صدق النية” and “توكل” which is good intention and he will guide you in ways you didn’t know was possible%.

      No it all to win you people's sympathy and subscriptions on TH-cam as usual. That's the latest trend to make money from the internet. Islam is built on hypocrisy and self righteousness. If she really wants to fast to a Living God, she has to be sober and quiet while praying in her closet.

      Actually there are differences of opinion on that. If she doesn't feel bad to hold the fast during the period she may postpone the fast. But if she thinks she can handle it then she can fast. Please read inshaAllah in the Quran 2:184. Also "the period" is described in 2:222 as a condition of hardship. So if she feels like she can't fast during her period, she should postpone the days she was supposed to fast to another date. Please read different opinions on this matter and let her decide by Allah's help and guidance. Salam.

      Prevents cancer? Any evidence?

    • @EnglishGeekWahoo
      @EnglishGeekWahoo 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Brother, you cannot say anything like this unless you have the evidence from Qura'an or Prophet Muhammad's Hadiths, Prophet Muhammad said that Allah created a cure for every single disease, but did not mention specifically that fasting might cure cancer or any disease, so you cannot say this, there are people here checking in or getting to know about Islam, and saying words like these is as a responsibility in front of Allah, so Kindly brother, do not keep your comment.
      However, Prophet Muhammad said the following:
      Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
      I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: "No man fills a container worse than his stomach. A few morsels that keep his back upright are sufficient for him. If he has to, then he should keep one-third for food, one-third for drink and one-third for his breathing."
      [At-Tirmidhi].
      For me, it makes sense for two reasons, first, I believe in what Prophet Muhammad said or for sure is in Qur'an because I believe in Islam and the Hadith is very well known to be reported as a strong. Second, when I fast in Ramadan, I make sure to make it as a month for getting closer to my God not as an opportunity for eating what I missed in the regular days of the year, I lose weight and a less amount of food after Ramadan would be enough to fill up, but it is totally up to the person.

    This purification of body and soul, helps to prevent sin. after whole day, person feels the pain of poor people. Helps to prevent uncontrolled lusts and desires and far fetched hopes. Not eating anything helps to practice for self control, patience, and control their anger when we feel hunger and at the end of day when we eat we realize the blessings of ALLAH just for we thank ALLAH nothing more. abstaining from any falsehood in speech and action, indecent speech, and from arguing, fighting, and having lustful thoughts. By fasting we increase compassion, generosity and mercy to others,equality between poor and rich,helps to quite bad habits alcohol and use smoke, no waste of money and health
    and much more

      Then after Ramadan you become a better person to your wife or wives ( like not beating them) don't lust after the infidle, the worst of creatures, (Allah says that) and then after that Holy Ramadan rape the young girls in Britain or were ever you are. Ramadan,discipline and cleansing from Sin only to Sin again and again , but lying not sin, killing apostates not sin , marriage to children not a sin , paid prostitution(Mutah) not a sin. ALLAH means a God in Arabic which God are you serving SATAN or the Lord Jesus Christ search for truth , you can ask Question on you tube David Wood or Christian Prince this is freedom for all Muslims. Your God doesn't love you, God of the Bible does. Freedom , Freedom , everyone wants that.
