Louie you actually inspired me to start selling. I was going to sell you my collection. When I went through and did the math I realized I had a lot of inventory and wanted to see if I could sell. Less than a month into it I'm at seller level 4 and doing great. Thanks for the inspiration. I'm gonna check out the gold wizard thing. Considering doing openings and rip and ships and starting a channel. Thanks for your positivity. Gonna go join the discord right now.
I made the mistake of getting lured into whatnot when I first got back into MTG during Bloomburrow. I ended up spending about $1,500 I didn't really have on breaks and pack auctions. I decided to start selling to try to slowly make my money back. I do not recommend getting inventory from whatnot lol
This is me right now. I am struggling to find supply, and stumbled across Whatnot. Did some pack beaks and got some "hits" only to calc it all out and determine I was just losing money. I managed to find some wins in the singles auctions, but yeah. Packs and breaks are to be avoided AT ALL COSTS.
Just got 2 Nazgûl from you in the mail I ordered from TCGplayer. Insanely fast shipping and the cards were exactly as described. I’ll be leaving a review today on TCGplayer. I’ll be buying again!
I gladly sell to Louie even though he calls me lazy. 😂 As a dad of three kids and a full time job, time is money. Just not worth the effort for me to sell online. Maybe if I was getting out of the hobby completely. Since I'm moving one pile of cardboard into another pile of cardboard, trade in value makes up for the money difference.
I wish I would have done this a while ago I lost my collection of 10 years and I wish I would have sold some of that instead of it just being gone but losing that collection has made me a little bit less of a hoarder I'm going to try the commander Deck flipping
