How to Make a Graduation Candy Lei (Jolly Ranchers)

Materials:
Jolly Ranchers (or any candy with twisted ends). How many depends on the size of the candy. I had to put more because jolly ranchers are typically thinner than other candies. (Note: if you use candies that are not as skinny and long as jolly ranchers, the finished lei won't be as fat)
Cloth ribbon
