These videos of Maria cooking are mesmerizing. A master class in cooking. Me and my mom are hooked on them. She does everything so eloquently and methodically all without really saying anything at all. My mom says Maria reminds her of when she was young growing up in Trinidad and had to do all the things she did...hunt around for food to pick, kill a chicken, start fires to cook outside, wash clothes down by the river, etc (all without plumbing and electricity!). My mother is the strongest person I know. Thank you Maria for bringing back the memories for my mother. May you all be safe in Ukraine.

Я подписалась на этот канал, с самого его начала и всегда с радостью смотрю новые ролики - Мария такая красивая, ладная, ловкая, всё спорится у неё в руках, нет суеты и кокетства! Но, мне, как сельской жительнице, больше по нраву, когда Маша готовила в летней кухне - у неё там всё тоже очень хорошо устроено, но намного удобнее, для готовки, чем в доме - не нужно разуваться, не отапливать в жару дом и от пепла не разводить пыль в нём. Мы ведь, собственно, не готовить учимся у неё, а наслаждаемся природой этого края, бытом, где посуда и утварь им служит десятилетиями, где всё на своих местах и содержатся в чистоте. И даже занавеска на окне, с небольшой дырочкой, незамысловатый вазончик с садовыми или лесными цветами на окошке, на кухне, всё это так мило и душевно. А вот кухни, с евро ремонтом и посудой на показ - это уже другое...

I love watching these videos. I can figure some of the food out but I think it would be good to list the name of the dish and the ingredients used. But the videos are wonderful to see. I have a Ukrainian background and these videos interest me a lot. Thank you.

Я подписалась на этот канал, с самого его начала и всегда с радостью смотрю новые ролики - Мария такая красивая, ладная, ловкая, всё спорится у неё в руках, нет суеты и кокетства!
Но, мне, как сельской жительнице, больше по нраву, когда Маша готовила в летней кухне - у неё там всё тоже очень хорошо устроено, но намного удобнее, для готовки, чем в доме - не нужно разуваться, не отапливать в жару дом и от пепла не разводить пыль в нём.
Мы ведь, собственно, не готовить учимся у неё, а наслаждаемся природой этого края, бытом, где посуда и утварь им служит десятилетиями, где всё на своих местах и содержатся в чистоте.
И даже занавеска на окне, с небольшой дырочкой, незамысловатый вазончик с садовыми или лесными цветами на окошке, на кухне, всё это так мило и душевно.
А вот кухни, с евро ремонтом и посудой на показ - это уже другое...
