Paul Martin and Harry Stinson did a fabulous job harmonizing with Jim on this classic...You can see the approval and appreciation of this performance in Marty Stuarts face...Love and missing Jim...
Indeed. Mr. Stuart oncst told someone interviewing him how much of an honor it was to perform with "The Great & Good" of Country Music. Mr. Stuart is a class act for all of his grandstanding on stage when it is appropriate.
We had the pleasure of seeing Jim at the Opry a few years ago and were Impressed with his solo performance. He did something that was for us somewhat unusual. He sat down at the edge of the stage and talked to us as though he was making a personal connection to his audience. He spoke of how he had reconnected with and I believe remarried his former wife. It was almost more like a confession than a revelation. I know it made an impression on me and I think the rest of the folks present also. RIP Jim! We will miss your wonderful tenor voice.
I sure would hate to have to follow that performance. Jim had a beautiful tenor voice and he retained it right into his 70's. He was a very talented person!
actually Marty discovered them and signed them to his record label, The Glasers also worked with Hank Snow and Johnny Cash..sure dont come any better, Now both Jim and Tompall are back together--RIP to both
This was awesome. The pleasure expressed in Marty and his band was heart warming to see. It's no surprise Jim Glaser, is the last one standing. He was so outstanding. But, I loved his brother's also. They were monuments to what was the best in Country Music. Sad their all gone now!
Wonderful singing. No one has ever sound so good.Jim always sounds great even in his elder years, and so does his Brothers. My love goes to The Glaser Brothers.
It helps me so much my heart feel so blessed as to hear a person sing as great yes I said Garth Brooks. Etc etc etc and you know the others aren't and never be that good he's a great singer who was a country singer who's not in the hall of fame of country music don't think I'm wrong but I think I'm right
Jim and Wonderful Chuck And Tompall should have been in the Country Music Hall of Fame year’s and years ago. Those who judge who is elected in need an ear examination, maybe check out their vision also. The Folks in Heaven are very Fortunate to have the Wonderful Glaser Brothers among Them. Please RIP Jim, Chuck and Tompall.
The Glaser Brothers should have been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame while Jim and Chuck were still alive. They let them all 3 die without getting it down. Now trying to do the same to Gene Watson (hes 80).
Such a pure voice. I'm so sad right now. The Glaser brothers are my life long favorites. Harmony from heaven.

That's fabulous. I still can hear the voice that used to back Marty Robbins with the Glaser Brothers all those years ago.
Rest In Peace Jim Glaser. When you sang a song it had been sung.
Great how Marty Stuart is so respectful and enjoying Jim’s singing. What a great group of musicians. RIP Jim.
Thank you..... I couldn’t put a name to him..... Marty Stuart!
Indeed.

In my humble opinion this version is superior to the studio version.
The old man still has a beautiful voice.
Losing three Glasers in the last decade was a crushing blow. Maybe the greatest three part harmony ever put down on wax.
He still had a great voice in his Eighty's !!!
he sure did
Totally agree with you on Jim Glazier s beautiful voice. Rip forever Mr Glazier ELIZABETH in SCOTLAND ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Marty is so enjoying this terrific performance by Jim, as are the Fabulous Superlatives. Rest in Peace, Jim. God Bless.
He wrote this song as well as Woman Woman !!! Great talent !!!
A sad day Jim, but a great life in Country Music and a really nice Guy! You will be missed! Jimmy

Very nicely presented and sang by Jim Glaser. He actually sounds a bit like the late great Marty Robbins. ELIZABETH in SCOTLAND ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
He and Tompall and Chuck, The Glaser Brothers accompanied Marty Robbins on many recordings.
I will always love his music thank you Jim RIP your music lives on
Fantastic ! and what a great band these guys are.
I sure would hate to have to follow that performance. Jim had a beautiful tenor voice and he retained it right into his 70's. He was a very talented person!

Jim used to be one of Marty Robbin's back up singers and he's also a great songwriter as well.
actually Marty discovered them and signed them to his record label, The Glasers also worked with Hank Snow and Johnny Cash..sure dont come any better, Now both Jim and Tompall are back together--RIP to both

What's called country music today is CMINO, Country Music In Name Only.
Loved his voice

Love listening to this guy... He's amazing. ..
Gosh, what a voice!!❤❤
It helps me so much my heart feel so blessed as to hear a person sing as great yes I said Garth Brooks. I just don't understand why Jim wasn't the lead singer with his brothers. He had the best singing voice.
Yes, he did!!
Jim said once that as long as he could sing he would continue, thank yo Marty Stuart for letting Jim keep his word. RIP Jim Glaser
In my humble opinion this rendition is much superior to the studio version which is also on TH-cam.
He sings with the same intensity and emotions as always.
fantastic
love that song could listen all night to jim glaser
No better harmonies than the Glaser brothers.
Great performance!
I miss this awesome amazing man and his songs
I wish I had to discovered him sooner.
No effort just natural singing ability.....
Yes , and when you have a natural voice it never leaves you as you grow older.
Love this one. Love anything Jim sings. Can you tell me why the video All I Have To Offer You was Me was removed?
It’s very pretty!❣️
Beautiful thank you ❤
Ever bit as good as the original with all three Brothers .
wonderful!!

Very talented man he was.
he could sing'em. RIP Jim
One of the greats who failed to get his recognition (my opinion) ...
If there is a better word than awesome someone please find it because it is not adequate.
✝✝✝✝✝🌹🌹💕💕

Now trying to do the same to Gene Watson (hes 80).
Why are Glaser's not in Country Music Hall of Fame? The Louvins are so....maybe I'm missing something.
It doesn’t get prettier than that.
Marty Stuart couldn't carry water for Jim Glaser.
wonderful!!
