I really miss the vlog type videos. I know you're re-branding since Lauren is no longer there, but these videos are just completely different. I guess i just looked forward to the day in the life type videos. I've still been watching, but to be honest, these type videos just don't hold me like the old ones, and please don't be offended by any of this, I don't mean it in a bad way. I am a pale princess and I now accept and embrace it. Would you be willing to share if you still get botox and or fillers and if so where and how often? I am 57 and I have thought about it but just not sure if I want to go into something that requires one to have to keep it up. I have used oil of olay since I was 13 and have never found anything I liked any better, love makeup but now use less and less. Its odd the phases we go through.
Hey Karen, let me just say your skin is absolutely gorgeous. I throughly enjoyed this video. I love watching women in our age group ( I’m older than you I’m 63) take pride in themselves and actually care how we look. No offense to anyone but I would never go out in my PJ’s and I see it so much nowadays. My Mom would have a fit. When I was a little girl women went grocery shopping in dresses and high heels. My Mom was such a classy lady. I try but I promise I’m not nor will ever be at the level she was. Up till the day she passed she kept her hair and nails done and never wore jeans . She wore slacks. I’m a Jean girl myself. My Mom would garden in white pants a never a spot of dirt on her. I can garden in jeans and be covered with dirt. Lol. Ok I guess I just did a little reminiscing. I sure miss my Beautiful Mom. Anyway Thank You so much for making these beautiful videos. @,know Crissy I agree I see so many people women n man in there PJs at the stores now adays n especially grocery stores it's so awful to me I wouldn't ever wear my slippers out I want to keep them clean n walking around a store n outside in parking lots dirty pavement n dirty floors at stores so unclean to wear them home yak !!I think people have gotten so lazy going out like they just got out of bed n probably did too lol....😮

She dresses up everyday in nice outfits, makeup, jewelry and all and I guess thats where I get it from though like you I do wear jeans! And I am a mess after gardening!! I love to watch people put on their makeup Karen. I have always loved makeup but due to health issues I just don’t go out much at all but I am going to try and get in the routine of putting on my makeup anyway. I have psoriatic arthritis so skin products are so hard to figure out what to use but your products look great. Til next time try to stay warm because it is going to get cold everywhere. 😊❤😊🌬❄

You are so right - we all have our own way of doing our makeup and really, there isn't a right or wrong way to do it. My favorite Sol de Janeiro products are the original Bum Bum Cream.....I use it almost every single day. It is so hydrating and yummy on the skin. Great idea on the water - i'll need to pick up that tea to enhance my water, plus frozen fruit. So good! xo

I too am reading and listening to Barbra's book and loving it. I have always been a fan! It's interesting that even if she could have any makeup artist do her make-up, she has usually chosen to do her own and always looks fabulous! She is so beautiful, authentic, and one of the most talented women in the world! I love learning about her process as an artist and her determination to make her vision and dreams happen. Just amazing! I too am having a relaxed day at home on an unusually frigid day in central Texas...thank you for sharing yours with us!
I do that as well because my natural lip color is very red and when I put lipstick on, it really changes the color of the lipstick so I started putting the foundation on my lips likes 20 years ago because it really helps the true lipstick color stay as it should.
All these makeup applications are only good for women who don't need to show up at work early in the morning. In reality, no one has the time or energy to spend 15+ min on this routine, unless you are invited to a big event.
There are many mornings I am out of the house by 7 AM with a full face of make up. I have a very busy life outside of my TH-cam channel and I don't ever leave the house without exactly what you saw in this video. I just get up earlier, have my coffee and take the time to look and feel good throughout the day. 🥰❤️

I shared in my very first video that came out on January 1st that I will still be doing Day In life videos which I know many of my subscribers love to watch. I am 59 years old and no longer work outside of the home. TH-cam is my full time business. I am a grandmother to 5 beautiful grandchildren in which my husband and I visit weekly plus I watch my grandson an hour away one day a week. I also spend a lot of time with my mom taking her to and from her appointments. My husband and I have a very active life therefore, keeping me extremely busy, which I love. Hang in there with my channel and I promise you'll see more than just me applying make up lol! ( which had been a very highly requested video! ) ❤️
