I think you look great. Weight is a lot slower going off now for me too. I’m trying to learn to embrace who I am and work on changing what I don’t like about myself even if it is at the pace of a snail. What I love about you is, you live life to its fullest. Beauty is not defined by a number, size, age, etc. It’s what we do with the hand we are dealt. I want to make improvements in myself, but being comfortable with who we are and where we are at is also important. Your packing tips are very useful thanks.

Hi Karen, I hope you have fun on your trip.. When I travel I try to pack colors that will work well together so I can try to pack less... Where I have trouble is all my lotions and cosmetics... That's what takes up so much room in my suitcase... I did purchase the cubes and it helped a great deal. I went to Martha's vineyard in September. I was able to pack everything in my carry on.. I'm looking forward to your bedroom refresh... Have a great trip! Barb from Jersey

I am terrible at over packing, I always think well I might spill something, that outfit might be too hot or cold, etc. I have the L’ainge hair thing too and really enjoy it, your hair always looks beautiful. I can really relate Karen. I have been struggling with weight ever since menopause! Now post menopause. And of course the thinning hair!! Yay!! 😞 But I thank God every day I wake up!! ❤ Have a great trip!
I'm a terrible over-packer, unlike our daughter who spent two weeks in Europe using only a backpack!! I have no idea how she did so, lol!

Have a great vacation!!! Can you share your lounge set for the plane ride?. Looks so comfy.
For your vacation packing list... make one on the computer, and print 20 out and leave them in your desk. Next trip, just get a new one out of the drawer and check off the boxes! No worries that you are forgetting something. Your hair always looks like it just falls naturally into place. I would never dream how many steps and the process it takes to look that good!!! I don't know that I have the patience for all that . Love all the flowy dresses , because , yes, the weight seems to settle right around our middles post menopause. And it takes 10 times longer to get half the results when we diet. The struggle is real. So happy you mentioned the bedroom makeover, as I noticed the bed was on the window wall . Have a wonderful trip.

you know nowadays I want white porcelain skin and I don't want to look tanned anymore...guess this comes with age LOL..I never lost any hair during menopause and that was 15 yrs ago.....just love your clothes/shoes they are so pretty and versatile. gotta have those cupholders huh?? Sunglasses are definitely a necessity!! your hair looks great !! Hope you enjoy your trip!!
