I've had 10 days of Covid so I know what you mean, the last thing I wanted to do was watch YT, too bloody tired. Looked a fantastic place to pitch but man that must have been a pull up there in the heat. @@BorderRambler I have a tippee inner that can use with if needed also have a friendly Swede mesh inner I use with also but usually I just use a lite weight ground sheet with it and bivvy bag to protect sleeping bag and I use these with any tarp setup including the Trailstar.

Flames Creed do a really good one including a mesh inner...Its the Xunshang. The Aricxi same design also good and can use any bivy underneath as so much floor space....llama_ladee_anny

I put it on later Lee just didn’t show it , not my ideal spot as it was so exposed to the path . I like an out of the way pitch , out of sight of any passer byes . But for a quick overnighter the views were stunning , the little tarp did well I thought . Tfw atb Dave

Wow!...12:56.....what a view across to the Pennines and my beloved Cross Fell....tremendous that Dave. It looked like the sea was flooding into the Eden Valley. The Northern Fells could be my favourite part of the Lakes. In fact I might head up that way next time. ATB mate, Chris
I picked a superb night for a summit camp and I think I mentioned the conditions were perfect lol . I had proper 360 views of everywhere and The Pennines looked splendid , I was surprised on how quiet it actually was for my visit . atb Dave
Ah a proper channel about time saw you again I just sat through a 40 minute video of someone saying wild czmp went wrong in title and I thought let's see why bastards get more views than me lol and nothing went wrong ffs Nice little tarp there Dave

Makes me smile title camping in a storm but at least show one drop of rain lol for some reason folks like wet camps lol or disastrous camps lol our trouble is we're too well prepared and skilled lol Looked a good spot there was it literally on top ? @@TonyHobbs yeah a about 30 feet from the top , I had a few runners stop and watch the sunset but after that nothing . Well nothing that I heard apart from the sheep . 3 campers about 100 meters across the fell but out of my view .
@@BorderRambler I vaguely remember from long long ago it being pretty flat up there with space to camp not that I ever thought of camping in 2004 lol Can you park safely at base? Might be worth a revisit one day

As always a nice piece of tarp-porn and sky-porn, it did look cool but I'm undecided about the choice of accommodation - I'm sure Llama Annie had the same tarp a while ago. At least it was dry in the morning. Superb sunrise with the mists in the valley floors.....but the most important question is: where do I get one of those pillows from? Decathlon? Is it the cheaper one or the luxurious £17.99 one? (I saw you left a comment on my last vid but I couldn't find it to reply to, so my apologies Dave but tfw)
Thanks Donna , weather was glorious but I did feel rather exposed due to the location to the path etc I like a more secluded hidden away from eyes type of spot … Tarp was ok actually not a lot if room but it did a job , Annie has the same one I think. The pillow is the £17.99 one , 4 hours Kip was much of a test for it so I will try a longer Kip on my next camp lol . Tfw atb Dave ⛺️👍
